Everything went well. The car was the one that was in the picture when booking (the first time in my life this was). On the plus side: everything was quick and easy. Registration, delivery of the car, operation. Of the minuses: on the second or third day, it turned out that the stove did not work in the car (which is probably difficult to notice in Tbilisi) and the tank was actually not completely full, which is already a feature of the car (if it stands on a slope for a while, the fuel level may not be displayed correctly for some time until the car is fully warmed up). The overall impression was very good and I was pleased with the choice of this rental company

The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.
