Everything went perfectly, the car was brought and picked up at my address. The owner of the car is polite and calm, always on the phone and ready to help if something is not clear. There were no problems at pickup/return, everything went quickly and calmly. There were no insurance cases either, so I can't say anything about it, but I think it won't be a problem either.
