嗯，肯定没按计划进行。伊兰特还不错，但轮胎老旧，而且非常光滑。下雪天，我们艰难地驾驶着它们，但还是坚持了下来。几天后，仪表盘显示轮胎需要充气，于是我们停下车去汽车维修站充气，机械师指出轮胎侧壁上有一个 "气泡"，这意味着轮胎已经老化，不能再用了，因为它有爆炸的危险。我们给租车公司的车主/联系人发了信息，他们并没有提供什么帮助，也没有告诉我们该怎么做。于是我们一天都没有用车，后来我再次联系他们，建议我把车开到他们的办公室（2 小时车程），让他们给我换一辆轮胎更好的车。他们给了我一辆较旧的托托塔普锐斯，但配备了相对较新的冬季轮胎。这样开车就好多了，但这辆车很旧，内饰很脏，而且在他们的网站上比伊兰特便宜，所以我要求退还差价，他们也给了我们。不幸的是，可能是因为天气太冷，普锐斯的电池没电了，车子无法启动。我写信给车主/联系人，但他们没有提供任何帮助或建议。我们向酒店求助，他们帮我们跳了车。两天后，事情再次发生，我们不得不在停车场四处求助，大约 12-15 人之后，有人再次帮我们跳了车，我们才得以开车离开。我再次写信给车主/联系人，说电池太旧了，需要更换，但他没有提供任何帮助或建议。对于这些麻烦，我两次送车时都询问是否可以选择不洗车/清洁，以换取所有的麻烦，他们同意了。因此，尽管我们达成了一些妥协，我对此表示感谢，但总体体验并不好，对我来说压力有点大。我感到失望的是，业主/联系人没有提供更多帮助，我基本上不得不自己解决所有问题，没有得到他们的任何支持。
