The rear wiper doesn't work at all. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but even worse, basic ventilation does not work. In the rain, the windshield was sweating, and I had to open the side windows a little, but it didn't help much. There was a rag in the door, probably for such an occasion, to wipe the glass from the inside. This is again not safe. And to go with the side windows slightly open in the rain is not very pleasant and cold. Driving at night is also not safe, because of the wiping of the windshield

I wish it were better. Upon pick up, we waited for the car for about an hour at the airport. And during return procedure they completely forgot about us! I had to call at night to remind about myself. The car did not disappoint, but all sorts of indicators were shining - you need to better monitor your fleet.

We rented the car for few days for making a trip through Georgia and Armenia. Everything was perfect. The car is awesome, comfortable, large and super easy to drive. We were 5 people and we had enough space. Tamuna and her husband are lovely, very helpful, the custumer service is excellent. We had a great communication. They are super kind and professional. They helped us with the attorney for a document for entering in Armenia, they come in our place to pick up and drop off the car. Tamuna's service and car is absolutely amazing. We highly reccomand his for anyone visiting Tblisi. You won't regret, for sure.thanks a lot for everything, dear Tamuna!

The day before the start of the rent, I was informed that there was no car, supposedly somewhere tourists had an accident on it, but this was not so, because a few days later I saw this car completely intact. As a result, we agreed that they would bring me a car on the second day of the lease. I was charged a higher amount for rent than it was originally on the site. Well, the worst thing is that on the 4th day of the rental, the car engine breaks down in the mountains near Gudauri. We are left without a car for another day. I had to call a taxi for 300 lari from Gudauri to be picked up from the highway and taken to our house. The next morning, they allegedly brought me a replacement - a 7-seat pathfinder, instead of a 9-seat Vito, given that there were 9 of us, I also had to order a taxi for 2 more days to fit everyone. Of course, I did not receive any refunds for lost days (except the first one), taxis, nerves, etc.
