Hi. There were some problems as Clio was not starting 1st day. After we came to our spot. They changed the battery but Next day again same problem. We got another car Touran tgt was later switched to Skoda Fabia. So bad luck in the begging but renting company acted quick so in general I have a positive impression 👍. It was ok. The person who rented a car was easy to reach. He replied immediately. The car was picked-up in the city center where it was also returned to the owner. So no problems with that part. What concerns the car it had some visible damages and the general condition of the car could be better. However it was ok, taking in consideration that the car was needed only for one day.

Quite well. On the 2nd day the battery went flat and I couldnt start the car but I called the owner and within 30 minutes he came and replaced it with a new one. Besides, he agreed to my request to return the car one hour later for free, so I was vety happy. There was however one thing I didnt like. It turned out that the car doesnt have SCDW insurance although I paid for it. The owner said there must be incorrect information on the website. Otherwise I was happy with the car.
