We had some issue with one of children seat and I was discussing with operator about this through WhatsApp (seat didn't hold in the seatbelt) Finally, the driver came back and we changed this children seat for new one (booster)! We received VW Touran instead of Citroen and it was really good. Contact was great, really easy pickup and return. I highly recommend to choose Goran.

The rental procedure was very easy and the guys who gave us the cars were super nice. We had a VW Caddy first, which was alright, but had no windows in the back, so it was very stuffy for the kids. The driving was nice though. The Picasso was a bit small for 7 and luggage, but that was not your fault. A little smelly and not super clean, but generally alright. Overall, this was a good experience

I liked the service very much - we were met at the airport, registration and inspection took several minutes. There is no need to make a deposit. The car is in good condition, there were no problems.
