在黑山一切顺利。联系人在机场等着我们，并给了我们一个名字。汽车很干净，保养得也很好。在两周的旅行中，我们没有遇到任何汽车问题。即使是陡坡也很顺利，这在黑山有时是个挑战。还车也很顺利。人很好，手续也很少。我们非常满意，如果下次再去，还会选择同一家公司。

玻璃有问题，雨刮片下面有一条裂缝，我们在接待处看不到。押金没有退还。我想我们不是第一个这样的人。在机场，我们没有时间争论。

优点 - 汽车很棒 缺点 - 取车的人很粗鲁 - 没有告诉我们只收现金，而我们没有现金。在试图提供解决方案时也不提供帮助 - 取车时没有汽油 - 取车时，那个人试图向我们收取 20 欧元的清洁费，而这并不在合同中。我提出把车开到街角的汽车清洗店，但他们拒绝了，并告诉我必须在布德瓦清洗。 总的来说，车很不错，但取车和还车的过程我不推荐。

The only downside was that I had a confirmed reservation for a Toyota Yaris and was delivered a Skoda Fabia. Apart from that everything went very well.
