On the "negative" side: I had to proactively take contact a few days before arriving as I had no news to make sure everything was on track, the car arrived 1h30 late on delivery and nobody to pick it up for the show more

It wasn't the most smooth experience. It turned up about an hour late and we were on a really tight schedule, meaning we had to change/cancel some of our plans. We were told traffic was bad which can't be helped but a bit of forward planning could have avoided this.
