一开始很顺利，他们甚至延长了我们一天的租期。然而，最后出现了令人不快的情况。我们被告知，我们必须离开汽车并把钥匙放在方向盘上，而不是亲自交车。我们交了 20 000 卢布的押金。几天后，我们被告知汽车底部有一道划痕。划痕非常明显，如果是我们自己划的，我们肯定会感觉到或注意到。因此，我们被从押金中扣除了 10 000 卢布。这种情况似乎已经不是第一次发生了，客户经常会因为同样的划痕而被收费。
