On the whole, everything went well. The car was different, but better. We couldn't take cash in euros because there was no change, so we had to pay by card. The return went smoothly, we had full insurance, so we just took the keys. Plus on the base checked the fines (they were not) and the cost of travel on toll roads. I paid cash for that. All in all everything went well, if it wasn't for the unexpected payment from the card.

The quality of service and the car were excellent. The only thing I would like to improve is to be informed when a car or service is unavailable. I originally found a cheap rental car on your site, booked it, made a travel plan, and notified my friends. And then suddenly that car was no longer available. And I couldn't change my plans. I had to rush to find a replacement, and the new car cost twice as much. It spoiled the impression, but there was no time to look for a cheaper one. Plus it took time and effort to get the money back for the old lease. I understand that it's not 100% your fault, it's the landlord's fault, but It would be nice if you would put only real car offers on the website, and outdated ads would be better monitored and removed. Or fine unscrupulous landlords.

everything went perfectly! we had a slight misunderstanding with the delivery of the car - it was brought to a nearby hotel for some reason, but we figured it out, found each other, explained everything to us in an accessible way, signed the documents and parted. The only thing that was not very convenient was that the car was practically with an empty tank, but it was enough to get to the gas station, so everything was fine :) The driver's side mirror did not hold in the car, but we folded the piece of paper five times, put it between the casing and the mirror and that's it it was great :) otherwise the car is 100% working, I liked everything, what we paid for, we got it, and we paid very cheaply when compared with competitors! There was also a problem with the fact that the car did not come to the hotel either, but we successfully found each other again, the car was checked and we parted, everything ended well. Despite some unfortunate coincidences, I am very pleased and plan to contact you next year if we are in the same region! thanks for your work!
