We sent all the necessary data upon arrival in UAE. The company went to the meeting, our car was brought to the hotel at no extra charge. The staff was friendly. We got the car quickly, clearly, without any questions. The car Nissan Sunny is new, in excellent condition, it was enough for a family of 5 people. Delivery of a car - a person is late, it is very difficult to communicate, he does not understand anything and can not get through in any way. We were late for the event due to a delay in submission. Delayed not inspection of the car, namely the arrival of a person. In the end, it wasn't even he who came. To be honest, there is no desire to use the service again. The experience is rather negative than positive. If the fuel policy is principled, they would have warned in advance, I would have paid for a full tank.

car was delivered to the hotel, the driver took all the pictures of the car and sent it to me in whatsapp. There were no visible issues and i signed the paper. I requested the car for one day, but the driver contacted me late in the evening and said that he was expecting me to return the car the same day. I said that he can take the car, that we have already finished our trip. The driver thoroughly checked the car and said that everything was ok except that I draw 70km over the limit of contract and I need to pay 5 Dirham.

Excellent rental in Dubai, I liked everything: a) you can resolve the issue with the deposit, incl. in rubles b) the car is in good condition c) child seats are installed, I didn’t have to figure out how to put them separately d) they gave explanations on the peculiarities of local traffic rules e) service - they respond quickly and meet halfway when booking changes. Return of the deposit about 3 weeks.
