The car was quite good, and in terms of value for money, it was just excellent. The rental was very cheap. The only issue was a significant scratch on the rear bumper, but Erald charged only the repair cost quoted by the service station and nothing more. Additionally, for the speeding violation, only the fine was charged, and that was it—no extra fees or deposits. I was left with a good impression. The rental owner, Erald was always available and quickly responded to any questions that arose.

I was supposed to rent this car, but after paying the rent I was told that the car was free. I was offered another car, in the end I accepted, since I had already paid for it. Overall I was happy, I was surprised that the person who handed over the car did not speak English, but we got along. I expected the car to be filled to the brim, but it was not, so I had to fill it up right away. The car was good, old, but it drove well. Overall I was happy.

I pick up the car in Tirana 40 minutes later becouse the guy was late. The car wasn' t cleaned up and with empty fuel. After 300 km the car shows me to fill AD blue but the problem was in tube or dpf filter..I had to visit servis in Ksamil and the service man told me that. I can send you pictures. But I caused a small demage to the front bumper, the demage was estimated at 130 eur which I also paid..🙂 I think that they have to check out the car before pick up by customer and they have to be sure that the car is clean and suitable for travelling

In the messages that we talked together when you informed me about the problem, I told you that if you have the opportunity to stop at a service, check if you agree, but whatever kind of problem you have, I am available 24 hours a day. Our staff replaces your car and brings you another one that is similar. Fortunately, your trip goes very well and you don't have any worries from us. That problem did not prevent you from traveling at any time. On the last day when you handed over the car, you received a fine from the police and the car was damaged, but you did not inform us about these things. We were the ones who informed you about the fine and the damage that you did not accept, when it was clearly seen in the video. I'm sorry that you wrote about us like that because we tried so hard that everything went well for you and for us. Thank you and have a nice day..

About two weeks after the rental the landlord informed me that the car had scratches on the bumper, when returning the car nothing was noticed, unfortunately two weeks after the return I could not confirm anything, don't know what was going on with the car during this time.

The address you wanted to deliver the car to was not the same as the one placed in the reservation. So it was a minimal value just for the agent who paid the way to come to your hotel.
