The car rental went great, no problems
Opel Meriva
The rental went completely smoothly, and the handover worked well too. There was one issue at the end – we parked the car in a private parking spot (with Indrit’s approval), but then we received a fine because he apparently didn’t pick up the car. That was a bit annoying. Otherwise: everything was great!

it was in general ok. The staff were friendly and ready to help. I have to point out that we got an alternative car (Ford Fiesta with a 15 min delay) and not Golf 5, which was a bit of a surprise, since I didn't expect that to happen. The car was ok and I can recommend other people to use TakeCars for a car rental.
Peugeot 207cc
We never received the car we had ordered on the website: it turned out that the car was stalling in first gear, so of course we gave up on a faulty car. After spending 2 hours, having reviewed many options, which were lower class and in worse condition than the car we ordered, we were still offered a good option to replace it. Although the main reason for ordering Peugeot 207cc was because we wanted a convertible. And the replacement was with a normal roof. But the main thing is that it is fully technically working. So my impressions of the lease were mixed, to be honest.

I rented a Chevrolet Epica on the site, but I was given a completely different, opel zemfir, I understand that it happens, but we did not really like the opel and to all this car was dirty inside, and on the back door on the driver's side lock does not work. It's good that at least it's on its lease 😄 Thank you!

unfortunately, we didn’t get to drive this car! On the website, we chose a car for 4 people, but when we arrived, we were told that this car was only for two (I don’t know why it’s listed as a 4-seater on the website). Instead, we were offered a worse car for the same price or another one, but with an additional payment. However, overall, everything was fine!

So far, everything has been fine. Didn't get the Mercedes because it wasn't available. Got a replacement Opel and the price was the same and that was fine. The car was very dirty and the diesel was completely empty. We had to fill it up first. Then they demanded that we return the car clean and with a full tank, which we didn't because the guy who gave us the car said we could return it the same way.

We initially rented the Volkswagen Golf Plus, but on arrival we received a Fiat Punto due to A/C problems with the Golf Plus. So that was really nice to see that you took that in consideration before handing out the rental car. Overall renting the car was very pleasant and easy and would definitely recommend

Last year I used this site and everything went well. This year I was not completely satisfied. The car was supposed to arrive at my hotel at 10am. At 9.55am I received a message that the car would be later. I then received a message that I would get another car and could exchange it later. Almost an hour later the car arrived. We had already driven out and waited for an hour. The car turned out to be very old and not at all like the requested lemon. It was a very old Opel Matiz, the gas tank cap was missing, the rear seat belts were almost broken (not very convenient when you have kids with you). The story was that the lemon had been in an accident on delivery by the last renter and needed repairs. I couldn't wait for that as I was going to be traveling and the nearest hotel was 3 hours away. So we agreed to use this car. Every day it had a warning light come on and it didn't shift well, but otherwise it was fine. When we returned, I was allowed to park the car in designated spots. The company apologized. However, they should have called me immediately and honestly explained the situation. They didn't do that until later. Then I would have understood the situation better too.

Everything was very good, delivered at the appointed time, picked up on time too. Only instead of a Citroen it was an Opel. The only thing I didn't like was that the fuel tank was incomplete.

Everything was good, no major problems but would highly suggest to put some pump, lug wrench and hydraulic jack in the car, just in case. We had low tyre pressure, everything was great at the end by just putting some extra air in it but, if something were not ok, wouldn’t be able to move anywhere

Unfortunately, the chosen car was not available, but I was provided with a car of the same brand, a different model and an older year of manufacture. Overall everything was ok. My low beam bulb burned out, I replaced both bulbs at my own expense. Unfortunately, there was a convenient mount for a phone in the cabin, so I bought it and left it there. In terms of comfort and handling, the car was of good quality, albeit with a broken suspension, but... I drove on smooth roads, I didn’t feel it. The car was received and returned at the airport, everything was clear, as agreed. I hope that at least once your customers will receive exactly the car they chose on the website. When registering, I recommend that you send your clients by email, along with the voucher, some description of the traffic situation and discipline in the place where the car will be used, recommended car service, gas stations, car washes. This will make the tenant feel a little more confident. Thank you!!!!
