- Driver's age: 21+
- Driving experience: 3+ years
- Fuel policy: Full/Full
- Insurance invalid: alcohol, unauthorised driver, heavy off-road
- Heavy off-road driving prohibited
- Crossing borders: upon prior approval. Allowed only: Greece , North Macedonia , Romania , Serbia
- We need a scanned copy of the driving license and passport details at least 3 business days before the start of the rental period to prepare the documents for the Cross border. Deposit is double.
- In case of damage, the client will be charged up to deposit/excess amount, if a Road police report is provided on time and all conditions above are met.
- If client doesn’t provide a Police protocol in time or any of the conditions are not met- he will be charged up to damage amount instead up to the deposit amount.

Regarding what I asked to cross borders to Turkey, I was provided with exit documents, but not all because of this my entry to Turkey was rejected and the money was not returned. As I understand it, when you order a service, it must be completed, otherwise a refund. What hasn't been done.

We rented a car from 20.10.21 13:00 to 23.10.21 17:00 (4 days). Exceptionally positive emotions: - quick pick-up at the airport, the ability to return in another place (returned to the parking lot of the hotel where they stayed before the flight to Burgas) - very fast confirmation (booked at 8am on the day of arrival) - the car is fully consistent with the photo (not an analogue) - favorable rental conditions (we additionally took insurance on the spot) - the deposit of 200 euros was returned immediately after the car was returned - a hybrid car, which is a huge plus, tk. gasoline consumption is very economical - the condition of the new car (very good equipment, many security systems)
