I'm happy to share my experiences. The overall process was running smoothly. The colleagues were waiting for us at the exit of the airport. The car was in perfect condition exactly as it was pre-established at the website. It was parking next to the terminal. I was informed about all of the aesthetic damages in advance. It was especially comfortable being able to pay by credit card. The return of the car and getting back the deposit was also running smoothly even at a different airport. The car was booked for 10 days, there were no complaints about the car or the company during this period. We took the car at the Sofia airport; by our arrival it was already in the parking lot. The car is new !!! Very economical and compact, which is important for parking in the city. The price, booking conditions and condition of the car were pleasantly different from other rental companies. We rented a car in an office near the center of Sofia.

Everything was very easy and they are super flexible. I arrived and picked up the car later, and later returned it later and then went to fill it up, all was okay. The staff was very good. Definitely recommend! The only thing I made a remark about is the child seat. It is old and not very cozy. Not critical, but in Bulgaria everything is cheap, you can buy something new for sure. Thanks!
