When issuing a car, they asked for cash payment. With the reservation stipulated on the website of 400 euros, as a result the reserve amounted to 600 ... About half an hour reservation was made. The car was very decent. Clean, responsive, stable on the road. But the passenger airbag was turned off, this moment was a little annoying. On the third day, I had to add coolant to the radiator, the indicator light came on. The navigator pleased! In the whole car were satisfied! But when handing over the car at the Karlovy Vary airport, I had to wait for the agent almost at the close of the registration for the flight. A man was driving from Prague, got into a traffic jam.

There were no problems with renting. The car was brought to the hotel, clean and with a full tank. The landlord was always in touch. Took the car at a convenient place for us. Regarding the car: the check caught fire, but no breakdowns came out. We reached the place safely and returned the car. It is a pity that the coronavirus and the closure of the borders introduced their own adjustments, did not ride a lot ((
SEAT Mii in Czechia
I reserved a car for a day 27.08.2024. No contact with lessor to this date. Rental was bought with car delivery to provided address. We waited for delivery for about half an hour and no sign of a car and lessor still didn't contact or answer his phone. I tracked down the company and contacted with other employee, that turned out to be it's boss, and I learned that my rented car is still kept by other client somewhere on the Germany-Czech border. There was no information earlier about such problems, obviously it looked like lessor thought that we won't do anything about it and just agree to get scammed. We got a proposal to get another car that was said to be a van. As on the photo it turned out to be a full delivery van - Fiat Ducato (let me remind that we rented a small Seat MII for a reason). After about 2-3 hours from the set delivery time lessor delivered van to out location and it turned out that he does not speak english nearly at all. After signing contract I got a terrible, quick explanation how to 'use' that car. Overall van was in a really bad condition, there was even something in the trunk constantly moving around, driving it on the roads that we planned was a nightmare. After the tour with highly stressful driving, there was still no contact with lessor that delivered us a car and told us to call him about returning it, I still had to contact the other employee. When I was signing the contract I told him that we'll talk about this absurd situation later, because we lost a significant amount of time needed for our trip. When I was returning a car the lessor avoided this topic and when I angrily mentioned it he was looking annoyed all time like I was guilty of all this situation. Of course, we payed much more for the fuel than we would normally for an Seat MII and after quite long and heated discussion with the company boss (the other employee) we got 500 koruns of recompensation given to me to leave them alone. The lessor wanted to go away from me so much that he nearly forgot to take my signature on the contract. I highly do not recommend this car rental company, Vadim does not speak english and does not care about his clients at all, to put it simply they try to scam you and when you won't let them they will give you anything to just leave them alone.

We were given a dirty car. The car was dirty inside and out !! When asked why the car is so dirty: the manager will wash it ourselves. How do you like this? In general, the car was normal.
