I rented a car in Prague. I chose this company for its low price, free pickup at the airport, adequate cash deposit. I took it, turned it in, everything was fine. I had questions - they answered quickly. I will contact them a second time
I reserved a car for a day 27.08.2024. No contact with lessor to this date. Rental was bought with car delivery to provided address. We waited for delivery for about half an hour and no sign of a car and lessor still didn't contact or answer his phone. I tracked down the company and contacted with other employee, that turned out to be it's boss, and I learned that my rented car is still kept by show more
