The car was in excellent condition and the price was very fair, which made the rental a great value. Overall we were very happy with the experience, the owner was kind and helpful, and while communication could be a touch smoother at times, he was genuinely nice and everything worked out well in the end. We’d be happy to rent again.

Hello, we informed you about the complications with returning the vehicle two hours before the pick-up/delivery of the vehicle. The customer who had the car rented before you should have returned it two hours before your rental. Unfortunately, you did not want to wait an hour longer for the car to be returned and I did not have a vehicle other than the van. I provided that for the price of the reserved Seat Mii vehicle, which is 1,100 CZK less than the Seat Mii. I do not understand how you can accuse us of a scam, how we enriched ourselves at your expense? Another lie that the car was not in good technical condition, Vadim does not speak English and does not care about customers, you could also have written that the vehicle was dirty, did not have the mandatory equipment, a highway vignette, insufficient fuel, that we do not answer phones, etc. If you want to harm us with lies for no reason. Everyone can get an idea from the other reviews here.
