The main person was OK in terms of personality and response. However, I requested to change the car due to size not fitting luggages. They provided me another car but has some brake problem. I asked to put a ceiling net on the first car to solve the problem. They said we cannot, so he offered me a driver for an agreed amount that should be less or it look like other business.
