I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent car rental experience. Although the staff member was very cooperative and helpful, the vehicle I had booked was not provided. Instead, I was given an older model that lacked essential features such as a sound system and Bluetooth, and it consumed an excessive amount of fuel. While I was offered a discount, the condition and quality of the car did not justify the price. As a photographer and video editor who creates promotional content to attract tourists from my country, I rely heavily on proper transportation to support my work. Unfortunately, this car failed to meet even the basic requirements and caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that this issue be addressed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such situations do not happen again.

Georgia is a great country, on the background of beautiful nature, beautiful people, delicious food and cozy cities (we visited seven) the little things did not change the overall impression. About the car and service: The car was brought at the appointed time, the return took little time, the person who communicated with us was polite. The car was comfortable, I felt confident in it on the road. From the minuses: The interior was all in dust and crumbs of food; on the torpedo was spilled something sticky (smelled unpleasant), the interior was saturated with the smell of tobacco, my spouse from it periodically vomited. It was not very pleasant to get into the car every time.

In general, everything is fine, but there are a few remarks: 1. Our rental started at 9:00. We arrived at the appointed time to the address indicated in the voucher. Not finding anything resembling an office where they can rent cars, we called the number that was indicated by the contact and explained who we were. There was a feeling that at the other end of the wire they were a little surprised by our call, but they promised that we would soon have a car. They brought her in 20 minutes later. The delay is small, but still there. 2. The car was not the one that was booked. We were supposed to rent a Subaru Forester but ended up with a Subaru Crosstrek. They explained this to us by the fact that Forester had not yet been returned by the previous tenants. For us, this moment was not critical, and we agreed to what was brought to us. But if it was important for us that we had a four-wheel drive car, then the situation would be unpleasant. There were no questions about the condition of the car: everything was fine. 3. Car wash: we were told that upon return we would have to pay 30 GEL for it. Although when booking we understood that we would have to pay something, it would still be better if we were warned about this when booking. It is also worth noting that the car was not perfectly clean when we received it. And the price for the sink itself seemed to me quite overpriced. There is an option where you can return the car with more gasoline than it was when you received it, but, in any case, it is better to find out about any surcharges when booking. Summarizing, I can say that the impressions of the rental are rather positive, with the exception of those points that I indicated above: there were no problems with the owner, with the car, too, no one tried to “throw or breed” for money.

The car was delivered on time, at 7:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, the Pajero had problems with the wheel, so the host immediately delivered it to another car - a Subaru Forester. Therefore, the review is more about her and a little about the host. We quickly processed the documents, 5-7 minutes and we went. We drove to Kazbegi, there were roads of different quality (without frank off-road, of course), the car coped with everything 100%. There were no problems during the trip, absolutely everything worked in the car, I didn’t even drive the steering wheel (for some reason this is a common problem when renting from me :) When we arrived in Tbilisi, I handed over the car to the host just as quickly without any problems.

Tamaz is a great and friendly person. I changed the booking time to an earlier one without any problems and waited with the car at the appointed time. Although the car is really not new, it did not cause any trouble on the technical side. The only downside for me was that the cigarette lighter didn't work. Four-wheel drive helped out off-road, to the waterfalls in Kazbegi, to the sulfur baths in Borjomi, they would not have passed in a passenger car, but for Padzherik it’s not a problem at all.

To be honest it's terrible. The day before the start of the rent, I was informed that there was no car, supposedly somewhere tourists had an accident on it, but this was not so, because a few days later I saw this car completely intact. As a result, we agreed that they would bring me a car on the second day of the lease. I was charged a higher amount for rent than it was originally on the site. Well, the worst thing is that on the 4th day of the rental, the car engine breaks down in the mountains near Gudauri. We are left without a car for another day. I had to call a taxi for 300 lari from Gudauri to be picked up from the highway and taken to our house. The next morning, they allegedly brought me a replacement - a 7-seat pathfinder, instead of a 9-seat Vito, given that there were 9 of us, I also had to order a taxi for 2 more days to fit everyone. Of course, I did not receive any refunds for lost days (except the first one), taxis, nerves, etc.
