1. The car 🚘 was fine- drove well. 2. ⁠The delivery and return events were poor 3. ⁠The driver was an hour late to deliver, and the car was filthy and had less than a full tank, we demanded both be done which added another hour. These delays bothered our vacation. 4. ⁠On return, we changed return to the day prior but there was no reduction in rental rates.. 5. The man receiving the car was difficult and demanded cash as opposed to credit card for the half tank fill up- told me he had no money 6. ⁠very unprofessional
