The rental itself went well, but it was inconvenient to pay the deposit for the car. The MIR card is not accepted, and VISA and MasterCard can no longer be issued in Russia. You can't pay the deposit in cash either. I had to promptly look for acquaintances with Kazakh cards and solve the issue of transferring money to them. I would like a service at the level of "fly in - pay with a card - take the car", without unnecessary movements and stress after a long flight

The car was so clean and a new one that was so great. However, when we rent a car, it took over an hour. The staff doesn't know exact the steps. Also, we had issue on deposit. We are from South Korea that it is hard to payback the money by bank, but they keep asking me my bank account because they do not refund the deposit by card. Also the contract was written by only Russian that I can not understand the contract. Moreover, I book the car for 2days, but the staff who the person in charge gave us only one day. They told me that even on the contract I rent a car for one day, and as I told you I can not read Russian at all ^^... There is no one who could speak English that was so hard to conversation. Fortunately I had a friend in Kazakhstan that I could solve the problems, but I wonder what kind of tourists who can not speak Russian could rent a car at there.
