it was good the problem they added some charge for no reason Like for my case no manual car So I had to pay 6euro a day for automatic one And it’s not easy to found the office you have to ask a lots of people

The car rental company isn’t very professional I would say, there wasn’t any clear office address provided on the booking sheet and when called to get the location, the personnel, believe it was the owner of the company was very rude, told me that I should not contact that number because that’s an emergency number. However that was the only number it was provided. When arrived at the location, it took me a while to find out where is their office and there was no one at the desk and had to call again. When collecting the car, the first car they gave me was actually a defective car, probably had an accident, immediately I refused it and asked for the full refund. After they saw I was so determined, they offered another car, which was ok finally

Everything is great, the car I received wasn't the one I booked, but it's still okay, the service was great, I still haven't gotten my deposit back.

I got a Nissan Micra. It was brand new, just a bit shabby (but I guess that's normal for Malta). As soon as I drove out of the airport, the low tire pressure warning came on right away. I filled up at a gas station and the next day around noon the warning appeared again. I texted the number listed on the rental counter and received a message telling me where to check the pressure. I went to a friendly tire shop and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes (there was a nail in the tire). There were no problems for the rest of my stay. The car was returned quickly and with no problems. The car was hardly checked for any new damage. Only the fuel tank was checked. The deposit was returned within a week. Overall, everything was fine.

It was frustrating that we spent a lot of time on paperwork. Usually when we rented a car, it didn't take more than 15 minutes and it was convenient to give the deposit in cash. Right now I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned. It was nice that you upgraded the car from a Hyundai to a Nissan. Thank you for that. And took the car back quickly. The car was comfortable to use, but for the future, it would still be nice if you explain how to refuel it at the station without a person. Thanks for now, but because of the long time to get the deposit back on my card, I can't rate perfectly yet

First time use this service and liked it so much. Car was delivered directly to the hotel and took 5 minutes to sign all paper formalities, drop off as well at the convenient for me place and time. Definitely recommend! Moreover very low security deposit

We rented a Toyota Yaris from this company. We had no complaints, everything went perfectly. The reservation manager was always in touch with us and quickly answered our questions. All in all, we liked everything. The company booked a security deposit of 250€ on our card, a few weeks after the car was returned to the company, the money was returned to the card.
