Thank you for your message. Everything went well. However, I was very disappointed because I booked a new car, but they gave me an old one. It was very unpleasant. If you had given me a car of the same class, but not so old, it would have been better. Or you could have informed me in advance that the car would be nine years older than stated on the website. That would have been fair. Otherwise, everything was fine. The girl who processed the paperwork was very friendly and attentive. Maybe next year I will rent a car from you again and you will give me a real offer. Thank you.

In general everthing was smooth. I contact to the whatsapp included in the voucher and the response rate was generally good and relatively short. The car itself was ok, it looked a bit worn out (a few light dents and scratches on the outside and somewhat dirty inside), but nothing relevant and serious. In general, I would say that it was good value for money. Regarding the pick-up of the car, they come directly to the aiport from their premises. They were a bit delayed (around 1h or so) due to high demand and high traffic, which is understandable. Drop-off was very easy, they let us leave the car with the keys in the airport parking lot sand drop-off of the vehicle. I left a deposit during the pick-up process of 150€ and they returned it around 48 hours after the drop-off, so no problems on that side neither. Overall I wil say I am pretty satisfied, although I would recommend it specifically only for people looking for an affordable price without major luxuries.

I would recommend, everything went completely smoothly. The car (Fiat Punto of ~2019) was delivered to the airport by an employee with whom the formalities were quickly arranged. On the plus side, the deposit was low, as it was only 350 euros and was returned 24 hours after the car was handed over. The car was in technically good condition, visually it was known to have some shortcomings, but here they quite openly say that they do not make problems about some small scratches, so everything should be fine as long as you do not hit anything :) The rental price itself was also very favourable, about 300 PLN for 6 days (25.12-31.12) booked overnight. The car was clean inside. There was 3/4 of a tank of fuel and the same amount of fuel was to be had when leaving the car. Generally no problems at all, I recommend renting a car in Malta in order to see it well (not everywhere can be reached by bus) and the left-hand traffic is not as scary as it seems, you can get used to it in an hour :)

The car rental company isn’t very professional I would say, there wasn’t any clear office address provided on the booking sheet and when called to get the location, the personnel, believe it was the owner of the company was very rude, told me that I should not contact that number because that’s an emergency number. However that was the only number it was provided. When arrived at the location, it took me a while to find out where is their office and there was no one at the desk and had to call again. When collecting the car, the first car they gave me was actually a defective car, probably had an accident, immediately I refused it and asked for the full refund. After they saw I was so determined, they offered another car, which was ok finally

We rented a Toyota Yaris from this company. We had no complaints, everything went perfectly. The reservation manager was always in touch with us and quickly answered our questions. All in all, we liked everything. The company booked a security deposit of 250€ on our card, a few weeks after the car was returned to the company, the money was returned to the card.

Got a Hyundai i10, pretty beat up from life, but if you drive carefully, it's ok. It even had lane control, cruise and limit. Met other cars from this agency along the way, they looked better. Overall everything went super smoothly, they even gave me the car back to me earlier than agreed and no extra fees. The deposit was automatically refunded by the bank, but it's probably thanks to the revolutionary, he canceled the deposit himself

It was a great positive experience renting a car. We were given a different make of car but with the same features. The car is in perfect working condition, clean. The pick up went perfectly, we were picked up at the Malta airport, the car was parked next to us in the parking lot. We had no problems with the car or the police. Although at first it was difficult to adjust to left hand traffic, by the next day I was used to it and was not stressed. We were able to travel freely all over the island and had a lot of great experiences. It would have been very different without the car. The car drop off was also seamless, we just left it in the parking lot as instructed. The deposit on the card was "unfrozen" after a few days. Thanks for the great honest service! Will use your services again next time!
