I ordered a car at the front desk by writing my name, but no one showed up. I had to call and ask where the car was. Since I know the area, it was no problem for me, otherwise I would have had to search. The transfer went smoothly. I didn't get the car I ordered, but it was fine. The car was pretty closed and a little dirty. Other than that, there were no problems. Turning it in at the airport was no problem. It was frustrating that we spent a lot of time on paperwork. Usually when we rented a car, it didn't take more than 15 minutes and it was convenient to give the deposit in cash. Right now I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned. It was nice that you upgraded the car from a Hyundai to a Nissan. Thank you for that. And took the car back quickly. The car was comfortable to use, but for the future, it would still be nice if you explain how to refuel it at the station without a person. Thanks for now, but because of the long time to get the deposit back on my card, I can't rate perfectly yet
