I recently rented the Nissan NV200 Evalia in Malta, and overall, the experience was very smooth and enjoyable. The booking process was straightforward, and the pick-up and return were handled quickly by the friendly and professional staff. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it ideal for exploring the island with my friend. Driving was easy, and parking in smaller streets was more convenient than expected. The only minor issue I noticed was that the gear lever felt a little stiff when changing gears. Everything went smoothly. The communication with the rental staff was a bit limited due to their English, but we managed to understand each other. The car wasn’t in perfect condition – some scratches and a broken mirror cover – but it was fully functional and nothing unusual or worrying for southern Europe. The deposit was released without any problems within two days.

The rental overall was smooth, the staff was very friendly. However I am still waiting for my deposit which was said to be transferred back 15 days after my rental. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and currently working on the transaction. Other than that Malta was great and it was an amazing pleasure exploring the island by car. Great car rental service! At first I was pleasantly surprised by the minimum deposit of 300 euros, which can be reduced to 100 euros by taking out additional hull insurance for only 10 euros per day. The booking process was incredibly fast - received confirmation less than an hour after checkout. The car was a little shabby, but it didn't affect our experience. It is important to note that the deposit was refunded within a week of handing in the car. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service and the promptness of the company. I recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car rental service!
