I liked everything very much. The owner of the car was just great: friendly, helpful, told me everything, recommended gas stations. There was a terminal, the ability to pay by card is very convenient. Leave the car anywhere in the city, and a little extra and leave it at the airport - this is a good service. On the whole everything went well. On the plus side it was convenient that the car was brought directly to the hotel without any extra charge, and we were also able to give the car back. We were shown everything quickly, there were no problems with pickup or drop off, and we turned it in quickly at the end of the rental. The staff member was in touch on Telegram the whole time. On the downside. They said 15 minutes before the rental started that there would be no Elantra. There will be a Ford Ecosport instead. Allegedly this car is even better. Although this is certainly not true. We asked what engine displacement. At first they wrote 1.0, but then immediately corrected the message to 1.8. We agreed to the 1.8, apparently it was calculated on it. However, in fact, later in the documents was 1.0. This is very unpleasant. The car was at fault. We were stuck in the mountains at +12. Called an employee. Yes, he prompted what to do, and in the end we drove. But nevertheless, the fact remains. At the calculation was the price in dollars. However, in the car we were confronted with the fact that we would be charged in Armenian currency or in Russian, having recalculated the rate simply on a calculator. As a result, we were charged more in $ from the card than the stated price. I didn't like it very much either.

The person who deliver and picked up the car is fantastic and he’s giving also awareness about the police, camera speed and parking, His so helpfull and he discuss everthing about the car. The car also is amazing clean in and out, the price as well is fair. Than you guys, next time again.

Excellent car rental company in Yerevan. Responsive staff. We ordered a Hyundai Elantra, but this car was already booked, so we went to a meeting and provided a higher class car for Hyundai Elantra. The car Honda Pilot was provided. The car was brought to the entrance by a very polite young man, he showed us everything. We were very satisfied with the service. 👍🤝 All advice.
