In Montenegro I was in touch with mr.Dragan. So, first of all in aero port of Tivat I was given old opel corsa (with broken gearbox, car body was scratched everywhere and it was motor alarm on the main panel) instead of Mercedes. After not so pleasant discussion with mr.Dragan he promised to give me Mercedes Benz 180 Cdi. Two days later it was done (to pick up the car I had to go from Bubva to Petrovacna). The car had as well many alarms (motor, sensors, lamps) and and problems with the suspension (knocking in the area of the front wheels). In Switzerland, for example, to drive such car is strictly forbidden and may be punished with huge fines. It means, when I had book the car through your site it was not mentioned that you propose cars in disrepair. It was our first visit to Montenegro and we were really disappointed with such experience. I hope, that your other clients will never meet such service again. With the Best Regards

Yes, there was a case. Everything was fine except for getting the car ... waited at the airport for 2 hours. They gave another car - a disaster! The next day they gave the one they ordered. Then everything was OK. I will order again in October.

Milan appeared to be a very pleasant man. He arrived in time. Documents arranging took not more than 10 minutes. The car was clear inside and outside. The car was 2017 year of production with 61,000 km. Its technical condition was excellent: no problems with the car during mire than 500km for 3 days including driving in mountains. Though Fabia had only 1.1 l engine, it was equipped with a turbine so driving was very easy and fuel consumption was rather low: I managed to use only half of fuel tank for more than 500 km. Besides it has start-stop system and the most important one: hill assist, which helps to start on hills even without using hand brake. Passing the car to Milan didn't take much time as well: he was only interested if everything is ok ans whether I was pleased with the trip. I highly recommend Milan and his agency as a car rent

The only moment, the car was brought with a completely empty tank and we had to go to refuel before going on the planned route, and also a strange condition of return was to wash the car before returning, which was also strange, we have never encountered such a requirement. We drove for less than two days so we didn't have to wash it. Otherwise everything went well, after we returned the car, they gave us a ride to the place we wanted to go
