Everything was good, But we got a different car, VW Touran.. IT was Not in such a good condition. It should have some more Care and new wheels.

Everything was good, it means the easy set up in your website, driver was waiting in airport, he described everything about car and he gave a key! We had some issue with one of children seat and I was discussing with operator about this through WhatsApp (seat didn't hold in the seatbelt) Finally, the driver came back and we changed this children seat for new one (booster)! The rental procedure was very easy and the guys who gave us the cars were super nice. We had a VW Caddy first, which was alright, but had no windows in the back, so it was very stuffy for the kids. The driving was nice though. The Picasso was a bit small for 7 and luggage, but that was not your fault. A little smelly and not super clean, but generally alright. Overall, this was a good experience

I liked the service very much - we were met at the airport, registration and inspection took several minutes. There is no need to make a deposit. The car is in good condition, there were no problems. The staff is attentive, answered all questions, helped to navigate on the map. Returning the car at the airport also took a few minutes. We are happy with everything. I recommend.
