Terrible Experience – Avoid This Rental Company They nearly ruined our entire trip. We had booked a Citroën C4 and, unlike many others who were given the wrong car, we actually received the model we requested. However, the problems started immediately at the airport. The driver delivering the car was 40 minutes late, didn’t speak English or Russian, and left in a hurry. The car’s onboard computer was showing multiple error messages related to the filters, gearbox, and engine. I called the manager to report this, and he casually said it was “normal.” The car drove poorly. On inclines, it rolled backward — something that should never happen with an automatic transmission. The central locking didn’t work from the button, only with the key. Somehow, the car lasted two days before completely breaking down on the third day — the gearbox failed entirely. I contacted the manager again. At first, he asked me to wait and try restarting the car. Then he promised to replace it within four hours — but didn’t. He later said it would arrive at 9 AM the next day, but it only came at 12 PM. We lost more than a full day and had to spend extra money on taxis. He refunded us for just one day and tried to blame us for choosing an old car. He even said it was “normal” for the car not to drive properly and that we should have rented a newer model if we wanted reliability. Unbelievable. The replacement car didn’t break down, but it had its own issues: one mirror was taped on, and the low beam headlights didn’t work. The high beams were extremely weak, so we had to use them instead — which was unsafe. Do not rent from this company. You’ll ruin your holiday — and it could even be dangerous.

We booked a citroen car, we were given another one. The car was fine, but there was no usb outlet to charge my phone, but the problem was quickly fixed!

Everything's fine. They gave me a C3 instead of a C4, but I was happy with the car. Thank you. The only downside was the trunk was very dirty, something sticky spilled. But I didn't need the trunk. I will definitely come back to you next summer

I rented citroen c4 and got renault clio instead. After contact with manager he changed clio on mercedes b class. Everything went good. Very good contact with manager. He responds fast.

Host wasn't very friendly from the beginning. It was very hard to arrange giving the car back. Car was gives with empty tank Back tires were very worn, hopefully not much rain during the stay. It was advertised that there would be a cool box to keep food fresh but not present. And more importantly the car was defective and didn't in my way to the airport at 5 am the last day so I had to run get a taxi with all of my stuff at my cost of course

Hey, in general it was OK, but car was pretty used for me - even for such a cheap one. Main thing was tyres, see attached - bald like Dwayne Johnsons head 😅 even though it was fine, third time I rent a car from Goran and will do it again in future, but maybe something better.

We searched a cheap and a good car, the C4 was perfect for that. The driver was kind and friendly. Booking the car though the website was clear for understanding and really quick, we appreciated the payment at the delivery. I was really surprised for such a good service thought the Internet

The first day the car stopped driving while we were in are traffic jam. It was an electrical Problem and had to restartet remote. Same thing happened 2 days later, on a very busy road so we caused a traffic jam. That was really a lot of trouble and stress. After that the car was replaced. We put in 80 Euro in petrol and drove only 200km with it. We got 20 euro back. We think that was quite unfair.

I got a Citroen C4. The car is normal, but the tires on the car are very budget - slipping on wet asphalt, and also not balanced. The windshield washer did not work, as water was leaving the tank somewhere. The left side mirror is broken and the adjustment does not work. Everything else is OK.

Judging strictly is not necessary. Appearance is acceptable. Technical condition could be better. Mileage 250 thousand is big. If I am offered to take it again, I would with no hesitation take it again. On vacation, the most important thing is not to think. Do not count how much on the deductible, on insurance. Long and tedious issueing papers. Met, as agreed on my terms and drove it. Just handed over. It is important. Full trust. Oil leaking no probs. I traveled a lot, it did not disappoint us. Was choosing this car for a long time. The price is lower than competitors'. The previous car body was pictured. Upon receipt of the car were pleasantly surprised that the car is fresher. Upon delivery, they asked me to leave the car in the appointed place, put the keys under the chair and that's it. This is an attitude towards the client. I took a lot of cars for rent, but so much trust .... I definitely recommend it!

Everything is fine in general, the car was delivered as ordered to the airport, escort is also normal. One minus the Citroen C4 is not the first freshness, the air conditioner has squeezed my neck and is still being treated. Recommendation: tell customers the rules for using the air conditioning of older generations, modern systems are more comfortable.

In general, I liked everything, except for the fact that the car was very dirty inside (it was also not clean on the outside), it was evident that they didn’t clean it up. The car is technically in pleasant condition, which is good for its age and mileage, except for, as it seemed to me, the front left shock absorber. And also not quite adequate work of the rain sensors, but maybe I misunderstood something about them, as we used it just a little. We Liked the punctuality, it is the most important!

Car - mileage 225,000, clutch in bad condition. Doesn’t go uphill for a long time, switches gears with a delay. Service was OKay - we just parked the car at the airport and left key under the seat, it was convenient!

With the rental of car everything went very well. The car was delivered promptly with agreed characteristics at a very low price. There were practically no technical problems with the car, except for one case with loss of engine power caused by injector failure, but after restarting the engine everything was solved.
