Experience was perfect. Car was old and not a Renault Clio but it worked well. It was ok. Guys were very sympatics, on time and reactives. Only thing we are not use to in our contry and my wife was a bit insecure..., the car had no license plate. Guys said, that is normal in this country when you buy a car, it takes 1 month to receive the plate. Than we ran whit a car whitout license plate all the time. But every thing worked well.

I really ordered a Toyota Yaris car and after ordering I wrote to you whether it is possible to travel abroad in this car. You gave me a list of countries where it is possible. In fact, they gave me another car (this was visible from the registration numbers), and not the fact that in the photo and on it, travel to other countries is not allowed. I argued for a very long time with the men who gave me the car, plus they did not yet know English, which significantly delayed the time, and we were in a hurry. After long negotiations, we were given another Renault Clio car, having previously warned that it was not clean. In the new car, we discovered that the rear left door of the car would not close. I immediately wrote to the manager about this, but I was told that I was not closing it correctly - I had to move far away and not leave the keys in the car. I even filmed several times that the keys were not in the car and I was far from it, and the door still did not close. In this case, my things and the car itself remained in danger. Then I discovered that the rear left headlight was not working. I was assured that this was normal. Then the STOP button lit up on the dashboard and was constantly on. I was also confirmed that this was normal, although this indicates a car malfunction. Then the next day of renting the car, the car began to lose speed while driving. It goes straight or downhill well - it is only possible to go uphill in first gear. The maximum speed from here in this case was 20 km per hour, which, sorry, is not normal. Later, the car did not want to go even straight, it only picked up speed from above. Then, when braking and turning left, I heard the sound of brakes rubbing. I reported all these malfunctions to the manager, to which I was told that I simply do not know how to drive. That I was being followed and the problem was with me, not the car. I kindly ask you to adhere to all the conditions that you have published on the rental website and provide serviceable cars.

I did rent a Renault Clio 4 in Montenegro. The car was great and everything went well, but there are some negative things. Then I booked the car, there was no flaw to be seen on the pictures. Upon meeting the car the flaws became apparent. There are several bruises that there not listed in the description and the interior wasn't clean. I needed to take some rubbish out myself. Moreover the owner didn't deliver the car with a full tank and still demanded to give it back with a full one. Aside from this the owner was friendly enough and did meet me on my day of arrival even earlier than expected. Overall good service but better description and care for the vehicle would be optimal. I’m really happy that I decided to rent a Peugeot 207 CC convertible during my vacation in Montenegro. Picking up the car right at the airport parking lot was super convenient, and returning it there was just as easy. The car itself was compact, quick, and perfect for two people. Great for driving along the coast and finding parking spots even in busy areas. It’s such a fun little convertible to drive! Filip, who handed me the car, was friendly and reliable, and the whole rental process felt very smooth and professional. The only small downside was that I couldn’t connect my phone via Bluetooth to play my own music, most likely the stereo doesn’t support music playback over Bluetooth. So I had to listen to the radio instead. Luckily, I really enjoy local music, so it was easy to find a few great stations for every mood. Still, I’d recommend Filip to get an FM transmitter for the car, it costs almost nothing and makes it easy for everyone to play their own playlists. Overall, I’m totally satisfied and would definitely rent from Filip again. Highly recommended!

The car was in good technical condition, fully fueled and washed. The car body is not in perfect condition, but it does not impact on comfort. Automatic transmission and powerful engine allowed to enjoy the ride along mountain serpentines without a roof. Want to admit comfortable seats in this model. Picked up in Petrovac and dropped off in airport without additional charges. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Can recommend this car and service.
