I rented a car for 10 days. I was given a higher class car, but the condition is far from ideal. I did not expect anything else, given the lack of a deposit. The representative had to wait for 15 minutes, but the fault of the airplane arrived earlier. Surrender took place on the principle of keys on the front wheel and goodbye. Just in case we took a picture of ourselves, that you were not tricks. The car, although shabby, but did not let me down, in general, I recommend the service, but do not wait for new cars.

In fact, there were two stressful situations that occurred during the rental car. 1) When we were still at the airport in Poland, the rental company wrote to us on WhatsApp that due to traffic jams they would not be able to arrive at Podgorica airport, but after about 15 minutes they replied that it was a mistake and the car would be there. 2) Upon arrival in Podgorica, a staff member came to pick us up and escorted us to a five-seater Opel Insignia sedan (there were six of us, each with a suitcase and backpack). We lost almost 30 minutes because the employee tried to convince us that we could ride in the car with six of us and that if we did, his supervisor would fine us even if we wanted to, because we wouldn't fit with our luggage. Finally, when I offered to cancel the contract and demand a refund of the deposit of about 30 euros, he offered an idea and gave us a second car, so we ended up with an Opel Insignia and a Citroen C3. The next day we spent several hours waiting for both cars to be exchanged for the agreed VW Touran. The car was generally in good condition, except for a warning to shut off the engine due to low oil pressure that came on about every 15 minutes. But overall, considering the price and the fact that after numerous requests the owner finally offered an alternative solution in the form of a second car to get to the hotel, it was fine.

I would say that the majority of the rental was positive; the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived and the vehicle was very spacious, so perfect for what I needed with my family and the baggage we had. Moreover, the owner Goran was incredibly responsive and never far away if I needed to check something with him, which was greatly appreciated, especially since he has a full company to run. The only downsides were that the baby seats I had ordered were not really fit for purpose because they lacked some of the necessary straps one needs, so we could not use them and eventually had to find other ways to keep the two young children safe. Also, the headlights did not appear to work too well, which was not a problem because we did not drive at night but was equally not ideal. Overall, a solid 8/10 for the great price, reasonable vehicle and good service from the provider and I am mostly happy with how things turned out.

Thank you for asking feedback. I appreciate that! As soon as I rented the car and paid a part, someone contacted me to give me information about the car. So that was good. The pick-up was supposed to be easy; at a parking at the airport in Tivat. I rented the car for 15 days. From August 8 until August 22. Pick-up for me at the airport was supposed to be at 9:30 am on August 8. Someone needed to come to arrange the paperwork, drivers license check, give me the key,…. But the person arrived at 11:10 am. So I needed to wait almost 2 hours. (Because of traffick they said. So if that was the reason, they couldn’t do anything about it. At least I hope they left on time. If they are locals they should now the traffic a little bit haha.) But okay. I was drinking something at a terrace, so luckily, I could wait with a fresh drink in the heat. That was not a big big problem. It’s not nice you know, but that happens sometimes. But now about the rental process; The guy was already going to be crazy late to drop off the key but there was also suddenly a problem. The car that I booked online was not available on August 8, only from August 9. So he asked me (when I landed in Tivat - so super last minute and before I even needed to wait 2 hours) if I wanted to come back to thr airport on August 9 to return the ‘better’ car for the other one that I booked online. But I was going to the mountains, which was far. And I didn’t want to come back. I had a planning and I didn’t want to waste hours and gasoline money to come back just because the car was not available suddenly. It was not my fault and for me, the company should fix a situation like that. I booked the car for August 8 until august 22. Not from August 9. Luckily, because the car guy was a lot late, the guy told me that I could keep the better car and not needed to change anymore. But I didn’t want to do that in the first place because they expected me to meet up far from where I was staying haha. (And also, because the car guy came super late, he asked me if they needed to clean the car first before they gave it to me, because it was a little bit dirty, not too much. But I waited already such a long time so I was like no it’s okay. And I left ;p ) The guy who came to fill in paperwork didn’t speak English, so we used google translate and signals haha. But that guy was very kind and helpful. He showed me everything I needed to know and then we left the parking together. He first in his car, and then me. When I left the parking, I needed to pay €16. So that was not right. Maybe I needed to pay because the car was there for a long time? But that was a surprise cost. They should at least say that to the customer that we have a small additional cost. The return was easy because I dropped it off at the parking and I left the key on the tire. There were no hidden costs or charges, so that’s really nice. Overall very happy. Especially when I could keep the better car. 😄

Overall ok Cons: there was no one waiting at the place with a sign. The guy showed up after an hour. Wifi at the airport with no internet, so it was hard to get through to Goran. The ordered car was not there. Instead there was another one, an Opel Insignia. It was not quite in working order, so the next day we were offered a replacement with a C 3 Citroen with mechanics

We received another car - a Citroën C4, manual. Goran contacted us in advance and provided us with the car even before the announced time. Everything went well. We drove both along the coast and in the mountains, the car did not let us down once. The only disadvantage was that the on-board computer was not working correctly, so it was impossible to determine the fuel level in the tank. in the tank. We just periodically filled up the tank to full, so as not to stay on the road without fuel. But otherwise the car behaved perfectly. The procedure of returning the car also went without problems. In general, we are very satisfied with our cooperation with Goran and with this service. I think we will be back many more times

Everything went very well! At the agreed time, the car was delivered to our hotel in Podgorica. The car was fairly new with relatively low mileage — not brand-new of course, but with good brakes, a fresh engine, and it drove smoothly and pleasantly. We visited all the main attractions and returned the car in Bar. Thank you for the great service!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Rental Company They nearly ruined our entire trip. We had booked a Citroën C4 and, unlike many others who were given the wrong car, we actually received the model we requested. However, the problems started immediately at the airport. The driver delivering the car was 40 minutes late, didn’t speak English or Russian, and left in a hurry. The car’s onboard computer was showing multiple error messages related to the filters, gearbox, and engine. I called the manager to report this, and he casually said it was “normal.” The car drove poorly. On inclines, it rolled backward — something that should never happen with an automatic transmission. The central locking didn’t work from the button, only with the key. Somehow, the car lasted two days before completely breaking down on the third day — the gearbox failed entirely. I contacted the manager again. At first, he asked me to wait and try restarting the car. Then he promised to replace it within four hours — but didn’t. He later said it would arrive at 9 AM the next day, but it only came at 12 PM. We lost more than a full day and had to spend extra money on taxis. He refunded us for just one day and tried to blame us for choosing an old car. He even said it was “normal” for the car not to drive properly and that we should have rented a newer model if we wanted reliability. Unbelievable. The replacement car didn’t break down, but it had its own issues: one mirror was taped on, and the low beam headlights didn’t work. The high beams were extremely weak, so we had to use them instead — which was unsafe. Do not rent from this company. You’ll ruin your holiday — and it could even be dangerous.
