The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.

The car was clean, but received oil error after several days. Also the main person who gave the car - hard was communication in common, cause did not speak English well. Also, I returned day ago the car, but I did not get any refund for that. Overall everything was okay, would use again.

Car was handled to us 12h earlier without any additional cost as it was more comfortable for renter due to our location. Car renter was helpful and answered all my questions. Really recommend renting this car.

I rented a Polo and got a Passat. Thanks for the upgrade with no extra charge (excellent condition of the Passat). Polo's air conditioner didn't work and they replaced it. Everything was well organized, the car was brought to the house and was given out by a Russian-speaking person. They took it back without any problems, because the condition of the car before was recorded on paper, with notes from previous owners. of the car before, with notes of previous damage. I would use the service again.

All was good. Just a lil complaint about that tank was basically empty. So used to take car back with full tank. And didn’t travel that much the return day so got it back basically full. At First Gentleman told me no problem if more fuel afterwards. That he will refund. I asked about when he came pick up car. He was saying he never told me that and that’s my own fault. At the end gave me back something but a lil less that actual worth. But didn’t bother to ruin my last night so letted that be.

Ivan was always in touch and even helped me to get the car in more convenient way :) He instructed me about some things about the car that I should know about (like how to properly open and close the roof or what fuel does car use). The car itself was as good as described. Didn't face a single issue during the whole time and I'll definitely contact Ivan if I want to rent a car in Montenegro next time.

I rented 3 cars: Skoda Fabia, Audi A5, Audi A3. Very satisfied with the service. At first there was some doubt when on the day of arrival they wrote that today they would not be able to bring Skoda Fabia, but they would bring it the next day. The next day they brought the car - it was in very good condition, we drove it for a week, visited Bar, Skadar Lake, every day we went to Velika Plazha, moved from Ulcinj to Becici and the car did not cause any complaints. We also rented an Audi A5 convertible for 1 day and we really liked it, both in terms of condition and dynamic qualities. We also took an Audi A3, it was with high mileage, the back cover fell off on one of the seats, but of all 3 cars that we rented, this was the biggest trifle we encountered. We drove the Audi A3 to Kotor and to the royal beaches. In general, I really liked the service: the guys are customer-oriented, flexible, offer options, work on trust (they didn’t even take a deposit for both Audis). If I came to Montenegro again, I would definitely use this service. Big hello to Ivan and Lazar!

Everything was amazing. The car was clean and in very good condition. The landlord is a very polite and friendly man. On our way, we noticed an indicator which shows an error on the dashboard. We contacted Ivan and he helped us to fix everything. After renting a car from Ivan only positive emotions remained. I recommend this site and service to everyone!
