Volkswagen Golf 7
A Passat was brought in instead of a Volkswagen Golf 7. They said that the Golf was broken. We were completely satisfied with the other car, and the person who gave us the car was also very friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice to know about the change of car in advance, as they are very different in size. Otherwise, no comments at all

The car was delivered on time and picked up too. I didn't like that they told me to pay for the car in cash, not by card. Also for some reason they withheld 10 euros on deposit for washing the car, although it was not dirty. This is the first time I have encountered the fact that the client pays for the car wash after the rental.

👎 That was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. From the very beginning, there was nothing but stress and problems. We were forced to purchase an additional insurance for €10, although this was never mentioned during the online booking process. This practice is misleading and unacceptable. Furthermore, we had agreed verbally that the car could be returned directly at the airport. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that this was not possible. It turned out that your company is so small and insignificant that not only was it impossible to pick up a rental car at either of the two airports, but it was also not even possible to return or at least leave the car there. As a result, we were forced to book an additional rental car with another company on our departure day, simply to be able to return it at the airport. This caused us unnecessary costs, stress, and inconvenience. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice – especially in a small country like Montenegro, where one expects simple and reliable rental services.

Everything was fine. But the car was not the one shown. It was a Renault Scenic and it was making very bad noises. I asked the owner to change the car, but he said that the one I wanted was already taken. He told me that this was the only car he had left.

In general, I was very disappointed because I received a different car than I had ordered, I had chosen for a long time and wanted exactly the right one. In fact, I got a different one, which I rejected when I chose through the website. The car was not bad, I got 20 euros discount, but I was not happy with the situation. I would rate the service 3 out of 5.

everything went well overall. I received a different car than the one I originally booked — instead of the Citroën C4, I was given a VW Golf 7, which was a similar and suitable replacement. Both pickup and return went smoothly, exactly as agreed with the rental representative. Communication was also quick and helpful. The only thing I’d like to point out is that I returned the car two days earlier than planned, but I didn’t receive any recalculation or refund for the unused days.

Very nice car, very comfortable and economical. The only minor complaint was that the owner asked us for 10 euros for cleaning the car. After 15 days of rental the car was obviously dirty.

i rented car by localcarhires.com and it was perfect! The price was really competitive, the quality of the car was very high and the most important the support of the manager was awesome! Mrs Anna helped me with all the booking and payment (as the rental included crossboarding) -all experience was perfect:) And of course now I’m one of the fans of localcarhites and i’m recommending it to all my friends:)

Everything was perfect. I forgot my phone in the car and one of the employees was kind enough to turn around and return it to me, and even though I tried to compensate the effort, she didn’t accept the money I offered in return. Definitely recommend.
