They didn't give me a Volkswagen polo, they said they didn't have one, but they gave me a bmv x1 for the same price. I booked the Volkswagen because it was 2023, I thought it would be fresh. Bmv I do not know what year, but the mileage is about 210000 km, which is a lot and caused fears that it will break. But the car is in good technical condition. At the end of the second day of the lease I went to the gas station, turned off the car and it did not start again, the battery died. It's good that it happened in Kotor. If it had happened in the mountains, there would have been problems. In the end I didn't reach the hotel 10 km and waited for the renter for an hour and a half. On the one hand the renter is good, brought the car on time, after the breakdown came and solved the problem. On the other hand, I specifically wanted a newer car, so that it did not have problems and in the message even asked before renting a fully serviceable car. And there were still problems as a result

Great car and great landlord. Everything worked out without any unnecessary questions - quick meeting, contract execution, deposit and payment in cash, which is very convenient. The car traveled 1550 km through three countries: Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, no problems at the borders - I showed the car documents and the border guard entered everything himself. The car feels great on the highway and serpentine. The only nuance was that the passenger front window did not roll down, but it was not a problem for us as the air conditioner was working constantly and there was no need to open the window. I recommend the rental company and Nori personally.

There was no car booked, and we wanted a Mercedes, so we were offered a Citroen Cactus at the same price as on the website. Since we needed the car urgently, we had to agree. The car was in good condition, the interior was clean. But besides that, it was upsetting that the car was brought with 3/4 tank of gasoline, of course it was very difficult to calculate the necessary amount of gasoline to fill up and we had gasoline in the tank was more than 10 liters. The landlord refused to compensate for the cost of overfilled gasoline. So be careful, do not fall for these 3/4 and demand that there was a full tank of gasoline, not to lose, as we did 15 euros. It looks very much like petty fraud, not an accident or negligence.

The rental went great, flexible terms, comfortable pick up and drop off in different cities of Czech Republic. No scratches, chips or anything else was invented by the renter when handing over the car. The car is almost new and in excellent condition.
