Everything went smoothly and great with the order! The contact person was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was great, but instead of a Mazda 5 we got a WV Tiguan. The car had seen life: the ceiling was shaking, the tires were bare, the wipers stopped cleaning.... but we were glad that the air conditioner worked :)

the car was different from the one booked on the website (citroen instead of mazda) but we didn't care since it was also for 7 people (the only thing we really care about) the car was ok. just few minor issues I'd say everything went smooth enough
