The car was booked in 2017, given in 2012, after I wrote, they replied that there is one that is not busy and we give it, I almost have to say thanks that they gave it ((. I rented nothing for 2 months. And first I booked a completely different car and they didn’t confirm it by writing that it costs 3 times more. According to your conditions (your site), if the car claimed by the scam is not provided, you must provide a similar or better one, which did not happen. And so, well, it seems like we’ve left but okay ... I will put 3 only because I did not answer for a long time and talked, and so of course it would be lower. Thanks.

all is well except for one nuance: we have 1/4 tank of petrol left than we need to return it. They did not want to compensate us. They did not warn us. That is why, we got the car with a 1/2 tank, but we had to return it with 1/4. We were refused to compensate this 1/4 of at least 10 EUR.

We rented a car on this site in August 2023, which we have never regretted! The car was delivered with a slight deviation in time due to traffic jams about what the driver reported in real time coming out all the time on the phone! We ordered a Citroen for 7 people, after payment reported that the car in the service and offered for the same money Mercedes Vito, which is very pleased!In the car was a booster and a child seat, as we were traveling with two children 3 and 8 years old, which we reported in the questionnaire! Acceptance and transfer of the car was as fast as possible and without problems! The whole family was very satisfied after such a vacation, because to be in Croatia and see all of its true beauty without a car is not real!We took the car for 4 days, on the penultimate day there was a small malfunction that we immediately reported to the lessor! Despite the fact that it was a day off and already evening, we immediately got in touch and offered technical inspection the next day, asking whether we can deliver the car or they will come in the morning and do the inspection, we refused the inspection and the next day in Podgorica handed over the car without any problems!We rented the car in Sutomore and handed it over in Podgorica, because from there we had a bus home! I would like to thank the lessor and his team in the rapid provision of services and in the maximum simplification of this process! Next time we visit Croatia, we will definitely turn to you! Thank you very much for a great vacation and a lot of positive emotions!!!!!.

there was an air leak in front tire, manager just told me to put more air in the tire, so I did so :) After few days I noticed that the tire was still losing it air so I went to gas station to put some more air again. Acre few days I noticed that there was a nail in the tire. As far as I remember i had full insurance including tires and windshield, manager just told me to go somewhere to repair the tire, but it was Sunday so it was pretty problematic to do in Montenegro, because everything is closed. After few hours of search I found a guy who repaired it. But anyway it wasn’t pretty fun to waste time to repair tire when you have full insurance.
