I was looking for a car with same day delivery when I ordered it. Even though they didn't have a Škoda Fabia, they provided me with another car (plus class) and delivered it to my house within a few hours. Exceptional service, the car was in good condition.

Very convenient service, as the car is delivered and picked up at the specified address quite promptly. There are, however, surprises, when instead of Skoda Fabia they bring another car, which you still need to get used to. A big plus is that when ordering a car there is an option to insure it.

In case car you ordered is not available, or late to be returned from other guests we deliver similar car. Hope it wasn't inconvenient for you, all those models are basically the same just few designs difference.

Yes, summer in Montenegro, lot of people and cars on the street, lot of bookings and no time to leave a car for painting job for 10 days, we do that work after season...I am sorry this was inconvenient for you 😔

Overall, we had a positive experience with the rental! On the "positive" side: Car worked perfectly, price better than most competition, flexibility for the location to get/return the car. On the "negative" side: I had to proactively take contact a few days before arriving as I had no news to make sure everything was on track, the car arrived 1h30 late on delivery and nobody to pick it up for the show more

It wasn't the most smooth experience. It turned up about an hour late and we were on a really tight schedule, meaning we had to change/cancel some of our plans. We were told traffic was bad which can't be helped but a bit of forward planning could have avoided this.
