We had a great experience renting a car from TakeCars.com. They delivered the rental car by the cruise terminal as promised. Communication with their representative was smooth and easy. Their rep was very responsive. The vehicle we had was not exactly new but it was reliable and got us where we wanted to go without any issue. We would definitely consider TakeCars.com again in the future and would recommend it to anybody we know.

In fact, there were two stressful situations that occurred during the rental car. 1) When we were still at the airport in Poland, the rental company wrote to us on WhatsApp that due to traffic jams they would not be able to arrive at Podgorica airport, but after about 15 minutes they replied that it was a mistake and the car would be there. 2) Upon arrival in Podgorica, a staff member came to pick us up and escorted us to a five-seater Opel Insignia sedan (there were six of us, each with a suitcase and backpack). We lost almost 30 minutes because the employee tried to convince us that we could ride in the car with six of us and that if we did, his supervisor would fine us even if we wanted to, because we wouldn't fit with our luggage. Finally, when I offered to cancel the contract and demand a refund of the deposit of about 30 euros, he offered an idea and gave us a second car, so we ended up with an Opel Insignia and a Citroen C3. The next day we spent several hours waiting for both cars to be exchanged for the agreed VW Touran. The car was generally in good condition, except for a warning to shut off the engine due to low oil pressure that came on about every 15 minutes. But overall, considering the price and the fact that after numerous requests the owner finally offered an alternative solution in the form of a second car to get to the hotel, it was fine.

I rented a VW Touran and everything was great. The car was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of space. Easy to drive and good on fuel. I was very happy with the rental and would choose it again.

I'm very satisfied. The car worked without any problems. The rental was quick and close to my apartment location. After renting the car, I left it in the parking lot where they picked it up. I will recommend your site to others, especially since there was no deposit when renting the car.

we received a car about 1,5 hour later when we expected. So we had to rush after what. Car was in bad condition (visual). A lot of damages. Materials torn from the top of the car but in principle car ran fine.

All in all the experience was fine, but the pick up of the car was problematic. It was said that there will be someone to greet us with name card, but there was no one waiting. After almost an hour of waiting we finally turned on internet, we got message that the car is in parking lot, but they gave wrong number plates.

Turan was quite decent. Big plus for the very quick help regarding the flat tire. We had a spare help within a few hours.

the car was different than the one I ordered, it was dirty inside (upholstery), it had a faulty exhaust system - exhaust fumes were getting inside. I had a problem with returning the car because no one was waiting for me at the airport and I left the car in the parking lot with the keys in the glove box

Yes, there was a case. Everything was fine except for getting the car ... waited at the airport for 2 hours. They gave another car - a disaster! The next day they gave the one they ordered. Then everything was OK. I will order again in October.
