BMW 320d in Serbia
The renter did not have the car I booked available. He offered me two to choose from in return, and although one of them was more expensive, both didn't fit my requirements. I ended up driving a bmw 4 grand coupe, which had significantly less room than the triple station wagon and was almost impossible to drive in the 5m due to the design of the rear seats. The car was ok but had a horrible screaming exhaust that made you tired (not factory). I also punctured the wheel and waited more than an hour for instructions on what to do with the car, changed the wheel at the nearest tire repair shop, as well as paid for the delivery of new tires, I promised to throw a check for the work done, but it did not follow. Otherwise, the pickup and delivery of the car did not cause any problems. 3/5

Renting your car was great. During the appointed time the car was at the specified place, the representative of the company made the contract, checked the documents, explained the nuances of the car. The car was in good order, did not fail and on the road, we rented for a week. We are completely satisfied with this company, pleasant communication, no pitfalls. Recommended!

Jovan met us at the airport, put the documents in the contract, gave us all the documents and the parking receipt, took the deposit and that was the end of all formalities :) Instead of the reserved Citroen Elysee was Mazda CX-3; it may be smaller in the cabin and in the trunk, but it was enough for us, and the ride was more interesting, and the gasoline consumption on the highway was a little more than 6 liters / 100 km. No problems for 1200+ km on a car with 80+ thousand kilometers of mileage did not happen :) I wanted to rinse the outside and vacuum the interior, but Jovan accepted without any problems and so. Everything was great, praise!

The car is in excellent condition, quite economical, did not let us down anywhere. Maybe the price for us is not as comfortable as, for example, in Montenegro, but Belgrade itself is more expensive).
