Fiat Punto in Serbia
We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

As for the rental, everything went great! The procedure of finding a car and payment is extremely positive! The whole dialog with the renter was excellent. The car was good, although not what was stated in the card on the website.

The car rental mixed up the child seat weight when handing it over to us, but quickly replaced it with what we needed. We purchased a higher level of insurance on the spot at our own request. Overall, we are happy with this car rental.
