I chose full insurance to avoid possible troubles on the road, it was not expensive at all. In 12 days we traveled through Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. The car is powerful, which comes in handy on mountain serpentines. Very satisfied with the car trip through the Balkans, thanks to Takecars staff for providing the car.

Not bad on the whole; the BMW was provided by the owner for inspection - but its condition left much to be desired. Apparently realizing this, she suggested a replacement - a VW Passat, which was rented. There were no complaints about it during the rental period, and no breakdowns or other troubles occurred.

Everything went well. Acceptance and delivery of the car went well, the car was in good condition, except for the rear wiper, which was very loud on the glass, when working. One thing was not satisfactory. We replaced the car with a small Renault Clio on the handle, on the car Volkswagen Golf station wagon on the automatic. And taking into account the language barrier, as we wrote in English, I did not even realize that they do not ask me if I can replace, and put before the fact 😅 and booking a car on the site, in Russian, you are not ready for the fact that then the manager and driver will communicate with you in English. But it's good to have a translator))

Was an Opel Insignia at the end of the day. Everything went well, the car is running, air conditioner works, no problems Cons - The car was dirty. Outside is still ok, but inside - all sorts of coins, trash and papers in the panel. Not very pleasant inside from such - The car was a little more tired than I expected - scratches, dents, etc. But on the whole, it's not too bad to drive.
