We booked a Volkswagen Golf Variant with the possibility of traveling to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We were provided with another car with similar characteristics - BMW Gran Turismo. The car was fully satisfactory, well-maintained interior, technically sound, no complaints. We received the car at the airport and handed it over there, having previously agreed the time with the representative of the company. If we visit Serbia again, we will apply for car rental again).
Volkswagen Polo in Serbia
Everything was great. Requested VW Polo, but got Nissan Note instead. I was notified about the replacement in advance. The car was delivered and picked up on time. The staff was friendly and quickly answered any question I had. I recommend them :)

The process of picking up and dropping off the car is incredibly convenient. The only thing is that the car had old winter tires (it is quite unsafe) otherwise there are no questions at all, everything is super!

I had to wait for the manager in the office when I received the car (15 minutes) and when I handed it over (1 hour), although it was not specified anywhere that it was necessary to warn about the arrival. This is a big minus. On the plus side - the rental price, + they gave me a slightly better car.
