We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

The only thing Opel as we were told extended another client, but provided a replacement in the form of two other cars to choose from, after handing over the car, the guys also gave a ride to the hotel🙏 score 11 out of 10🥳👏🏻 Thank you very much).

Not bad on the whole; the BMW was provided by the owner for inspection - but its condition left much to be desired. Apparently realizing this, she suggested a replacement - a VW Passat, which was rented. There were no complaints about it during the rental period, and no breakdowns or other troubles occurred.

It went a little better than abysmal. The rental company didn't send the car. Because, according to them, they didn't know about my order because either the confirmation didn't come from you, or they didn't see it. After long negotiations they changed their version and said that they knew, but the driver did not wait for me, although the flight was not late and I left 30 minutes after the plane landed. I ended up sitting an extra three hours at the airport and got the car. Mesedes was as old as possible, but diesel and on automatic. On the last day of the lease, the check engine light came on and has not gone out. I gave up and crossed myself. In general, I got the car as I wanted and it did not break down. But I was nervous.

everything went exactly as planned. Picked up on time. The car itself pleased, especially in the mountains. Diesel is diesel :)))) in general we are positive.

Everything was great. Requested VW Polo, but got Nissan Note instead. I was notified about the replacement in advance. The car was delivered and picked up on time. The staff was friendly and quickly answered any question I had. I recommend them :)
