Jovan met us at the airport, put the documents in the contract, gave us all the documents and the parking receipt, took the deposit and that was the end of all formalities :) Instead of the reserved Citroen Elysee was Mazda CX-3; it may be smaller in the cabin and in the trunk, but it was enough for us, and the ride was more interesting, and the gasoline consumption on the highway was a little more than 6 liters / 100 km. No problems for 1200+ km on a car with 80+ thousand kilometers of mileage did not happen :) I wanted to rinse the outside and vacuum the interior, but Jovan accepted without any problems and so. Everything was great, praise!

Peugeot 301 in Serbia
I rented a car Peugeot 301 for traveling in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia. I received the car as it was written in the terms and conditions of the lessor. The car body was a little damaged, apparently by hail, and had a couple of scratches, which is even better for me, I do not like to take a car without a single scratch, if you did not notice something - then you will be written off. During the lease (I have driven probably more than 3000 km) there were no claims to driving qualities, though the French are very strange cars. At delivery of the car also there were no problems, all quickly and promptly. As it was written in the conditions - the lease was without a deposit. They didn't ask for extra money when we handed over the car, on the contrary, they returned the change (initially I paid with a 500 euro bill and there was no change) - everything is fair. I recommend.
Renault Trafic in Serbia
It went well. The car was faulty, on winter tires. Stabilization system wasn't working. CheckEngin light came on. We drove to the place and back, as it was necessary. We almost did not drive on the spot, because we were afraid that it would break down completely and we would not get on the plane. That's how it is

Fiat Punto in Serbia
everything went well in principle. Together with the Punto we were given an old Mercedes, but quite decent. However, at the Serbian-Montenegrin border it refused to drive more than 80 km/h, but after stopping and restarting it went again. There were no more problems except detention back at the Montenegro-Serbian border (they said the problem was in the Mercedes, the police put some kind of arrest on it, we stood for 2 hours, then they let me go without explaining anything, probably trusting in the Russian passport and the plane in the evening played its role).
Renault Clio 4 in Serbia
I ordered a Renault Clio4 diesel manual, but they replaced it with a higher class - Opel Astra diesel automatic for the same money. At the appointed time a TakeCars employee was waiting for us at the airport parking lot, as agreed. We traveled in September 2024 from Belgrade to Montenegro and back. All in a circle of about 1500 km. The car did not let us down. In the mountains the diesel pulls very confidently. Full tank is enough for 700-750 km. (the price of diesel 1,42 euros). Seating behind the wheel and on the front passenger seat is very comfortable. The trunk for things for two people is quite enough. Air conditioning and other systems of the car worked well. From the minuses: a dent on the rear left wing; tire pressure sensor is not working; the button for adjusting the side mirrors is broken. In summary, I am satisfied with the use of this service. Everything went perfectly - we met at the airport, signed the documents and I left. The handover was also no problem - after hours, at an address convenient for me, extremely convenient! From the bonuses - they gave me a higher class car. The car is in excellent condition. The deposit was returned without any problems.
