Jovan met us at the airport, put the documents in the contract, gave us all the documents and the parking receipt, took the deposit and that was the end of all formalities :) Instead of the reserved Citroen Elysee was Mazda CX-3; it may be smaller in the cabin and in the trunk, but it was enough for us, and the ride was more interesting, and the gasoline consumption on the highway was a little more than 6 liters / 100 km. No problems for 1200+ km on a car with 80+ thousand kilometers of mileage did not happen :) I wanted to rinse the outside and vacuum the interior, but Jovan accepted without any problems and so. Everything was great, praise!

I rented a car on the Takecars website, prepaid with a rouble card, which is very convenient in the current climate. I received the car at the airport exit, and paid the rest of the rent in cash. I chose full insurance to avoid possible troubles on the road, it was not expensive at all. In 12 days we traveled through Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. The car is powerful, which comes in handy on mountain serpentines. Very satisfied with the car trip through the Balkans, thanks to Takecars staff for providing the car.

Everything was fine. There were minuses, of course: 1. The employee with the car was more than an hour late. 2. Everything in the car rattled and rattled. 3. There was no brush to clean it from snow. But there were some pluses: 1. it drove! 😂 2. And it never broke down So basically everything went fine.

The rent went so well.... There are no complaints about the car, but Vladimir, who gave us the car, was very disappointing. First of all, we agreed that he would meet us at the airport right at the exit with a sign, as a result he did not come to the exit and I had to look for him somewhere in the parking lot. Further, in the car the gas tank was filled only a quarter, although we agreed on a full tank (as it is usually accepted by all). When we handed over the car Vladimir was half an hour late for the meeting place, and when he arrived it turned out that he lost our deposit. I gave the car and he promised that the next day he would bring us the deposit. We agreed to meet around 13.00 in the center of Belgrade, but he stopped contacting me. And when he finally arrived it turned out that he did not have Euros, but gave them in dinars. As a result, the last day of our stay in Serbia was completely ruined ... And the car was good.
