Not bad on the whole; the BMW was provided by the owner for inspection - but its condition left much to be desired. Apparently realizing this, she suggested a replacement - a VW Passat, which was rented. There were no complaints about it during the rental period, and no breakdowns or other troubles occurred.

The renter did not have the car I booked available. He offered me two to choose from in return, and although one of them was more expensive, both didn't fit my requirements. I ended up driving a bmw 4 grand coupe, which had significantly less room than the triple station wagon and was almost impossible to drive in the 5m due to the design of the rear seats. The car was ok but had a horrible screaming exhaust that made you tired (not factory). I also punctured the wheel and waited more than an hour for instructions on what to do with the car, changed the wheel at the nearest tire repair shop, as well as paid for the delivery of new tires, I promised to throw a check for the work done, but it did not follow. Otherwise, the pickup and delivery of the car did not cause any problems. 3/5

Rented a car from July 1 to July 8 in Serbia 🇷🇸 saw most of the country, the roads are good, comfortable, all amenities along the way. The car 🚙 gorgeous, this is the first BMW in my experience, no regrets, sharp, big trunk, in a word bomb 💥 When transferring and returning the car there were no questions, easy and fast, always in touch 🤙🏻. Renting your car was great. During the appointed time the car was at the specified place, the representative of the company made the contract, checked the documents, explained the nuances of the car. I rented a car on the Takecars website, prepaid with a rouble card, which is very convenient in the current climate. I received the car at the airport exit, and paid the rest of the rent in cash. I chose full insurance to avoid possible troubles on the road, it was not expensive at all. In 12 days we traveled through Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. The car is powerful, which comes in handy on mountain serpentines. Very satisfied with the car trip through the Balkans, thanks to Takecars staff for providing the car.
