Everything is great, everything was accommodating. Staff was courteous and on call. Convenient location for pick up and drop off. The car is in excellent condition, quite economical, did not let us down anywhere. Maybe the price for us is not as comfortable as, for example, in Montenegro, but Belgrade itself is more expensive).

Have a nice day everyone! I recommend this site to rent a car when traveling to Serbia! The uniqueness of the company is that you can pay in advance from Russia with any card, including MIR card, and think calmly about your upcoming vacation! The staff will contact you after payment and practically escort you to the transfer of keys in Serbia. The car was neat and clean, with very good steering and braking settings, very adequate when driving. On return it was very easy to arrange with the company to change the return location and time! Despite the evening time the employee arrived at the point of arrangement without being late. Very friendly attitude to customers! I give the company 5 plus and recommend it to everyone!

Everything went well. Acceptance and delivery of the car went well, the car was in good condition, except for the rear wiper, which was very loud on the glass, when working. One thing was not satisfactory. We replaced the car with a small Renault Clio on the handle, on the car Volkswagen Golf station wagon on the automatic. And taking into account the language barrier, as we wrote in English, I did not even realize that they do not ask me if I can replace, and put before the fact 😅 and booking a car on the site, in Russian, you are not ready for the fact that then the manager and driver will communicate with you in English. But it's good to have a translator))

During the rental we found out that the handbrake needed adjustment. We called, explained the problem. They came to us, took the car, adjusted it at a convenient time for us. Everything went perfectly. We received the car at Belgrade airport, the manager waited for us, despite the flight delay of 1.5 hours. The booked car was not available, but we were given another one, higher class and without any increase in price. Great service, great car. Never once regretted that I had booked a car!

I ordered a Renault Clio4 diesel manual, but they replaced it with a higher class - Opel Astra diesel automatic for the same money. At the appointed time a TakeCars employee was waiting for us at the airport parking lot, as agreed. We traveled in September 2024 from Belgrade to Montenegro and back. All in a circle of about 1500 km. The car did not let us down. In the mountains the diesel pulls very confidently. Full tank is enough for 700-750 km. (the price of diesel 1,42 euros). Seating behind the wheel and on the front passenger seat is very comfortable. The trunk for things for two people is quite enough. Air conditioning and other systems of the car worked well. From the minuses: a dent on the rear left wing; tire pressure sensor is not working; the button for adjusting the side mirrors is broken. In summary, I am satisfied with the use of this service. Our family use your car rent service in our vacation trip. We got a different Skoda model but ended up using it successfully on our trip. The car rental mixed up the child seat weight when handing it over to us, but quickly replaced it with what we needed. We purchased a higher level of insurance on the spot at our own request. Overall, we are happy with this car rental.

Excellent booking service and well organized process. We rented a car for 4 days for traveling around Serbia and Montenegro. The manager got in touch immediately after booking, requesting the necessary documents and appointing the exact place and time to pick up the car. The car itself is VW Golf diesel in excellent condition for a rental car. Perfect interior and technical condition. The body has minor chips and scuffs, but everything is within the limits. Not a single problem for ~1200km. Additionally took full insurance, which allowed us not to leave a deposit and reduced the time of change to a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend this service and will use it again if I have the chance
