We rented a car for 10 days. Instead of an Opel Astra, we were given a Shkoda Scala. The car was in excellent condition in the interior and technical part. All documents for traveling abroad in Serbia were provided, we extended the lease for a couple of days, also without problems. We were delighted with our trip! Thank you!

I have only positive feedback. Milos described everything for me, the car was new for me in terms of driving, but thanks to Milos I adapted quickly to all manual buttons, features. He also helped greatly in difficult situation when the car refused working, he found nearest service, contacted technician, who changed battery in the car. Milos compensated back the money we payed for service. He was very polite, positive and professional during the whole time. I recommend them.

everything is good. The car was delivered on time, I handed it over at the airport as agreed. The car itself is a bit shabby)) there were small problems with the gearbox (did not immediately include the rear gear), but for me it was not critical. So in general everything went well)))
Volkswagen Golf Variant
We rented a Volkswagen Golf Variant for a trip from Serbia to Montenegro. We ordered additional delivery to the hotel, but the car arrived a couple of hours late because the previous renter did not return it on time. Nevertheless, the car came, exactly what we ordered, and during the long trip showed itself perfectly. We had 4 suitcases and all of them comfortably fit in the trunk. A couple of times saved the system of emergency braking during parking in the narrow streets of the Montenegrin coast, not letting you hit the surrounding houses and cars) From the minuses I want to note the outdated firmware navigation, part of the Serbian autobahns on it is simply not, had to use a third-party navigator. I will definitely continue to use the Take Cars service, it was the easiest and most understandable booking, where you are not imposed additional services or scare you with huge deposits, as it often happens in popular rental companies.
Fiat Punto
everything went well in principle. Together with the Punto we were given an old Mercedes, but quite decent. However, at the Serbian-Montenegrin border it refused to drive more than 80 km/h, but after stopping and restarting it went again. There were no more problems except detention back at the Montenegro-Serbian border (they said the problem was in the Mercedes, the police put some kind of arrest on it, we stood for 2 hours, then they let me go without explaining anything, probably trusting in the Russian passport and the plane in the evening played its role).

Everything is great, the process of registration and handover was quick. The car itself is in excellent condition.
Volkswagen Golf Variant
Honestly, it's a bad experience. The manager was 40 minutes late, the car was with a tank of gasoline filled to 1/3, the front right headlight was not lit, the interior had never seen dry cleaning, everything was very dirty inside, with some foreign garbage and dust. As we took the car we spent another hour at the gas station to change the light bulbs and manually wipe the interior with wet wipes. Also the car kicked sometimes and on hills went backwards when drive mode was on. And after a couple of days we found out that our oil was leaking badly, we had to urgently look for service. The manager who was on the phone with us decided that we rammed the oil pan. But the fault was not ours at all, just no one ever took care of the car. And judging by the streaks on the engine cover, the oil was refilled regularly, the oil started to leak long before our lease. On the plus side, the manager was on the phone and ready to help. All additional expenses (light bulb, oil change) were reimbursed. But considering that we were in Montenegro, we were very nervous. Just before we took the car from another service and everything was so perfect there, although the car had a mileage of 230k km, which is twice as much as the Golf. It was good that they took the car back for repair after us, because they saw that the guys came with some parts and an oil filter.
Fiat Punto
We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

We had good experience renting a car from your company. We had a bigger car instead of Renault 5008. The car was delivered in time and everything went great. Also I would recommend to check the reverse gear as it did not work sometimes

Was an Opel Insignia at the end of the day. Everything went well, the car is running, air conditioner works, no problems Cons - The car was dirty. Outside is still ok, but inside - all sorts of coins, trash and papers in the panel. Not very pleasant inside from such - The car was a little more tired than I expected - scratches, dents, etc. But on the whole, it's not too bad to drive.

It was fine. Very old tires. Flat tire in Belgrade right on the first day. Rode with a spare. Other than that, everything was fine

I received the rental car quickly, without any fuss. The car is diesel mechanics, for three days not even all rolled. Very economical. The car is in good condition, there were no problems. The only recommendation - lacked a cell phone holder in the car to use the navigator. Recommended.
Volkswagen Passat
In the end it was not a VW Passat but a Peugeot 5008. Everything went perfectly, on time and without any additional complications

We booked a Volkswagen Golf Variant with the possibility of traveling to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We were provided with another car with similar characteristics - BMW Gran Turismo. The car was fully satisfactory, well-maintained interior, technically sound, no complaints. We received the car at the airport and handed it over there, having previously agreed the time with the representative of the company. If we visit Serbia again, we will apply for car rental again).

Have a nice day everyone! I recommend this site to rent a car when traveling to Serbia! The uniqueness of the company is that you can pay in advance from Russia with any card, including MIR card, and think calmly about your upcoming vacation! The staff will contact you after payment and practically escort you to the transfer of keys in Serbia. The car was neat and clean, with very good steering and braking settings, very adequate when driving. On return it was very easy to arrange with the company to change the return location and time! Despite the evening time the employee arrived at the point of arrangement without being late. Very friendly attitude to customers! I give the company 5 plus and recommend it to everyone!
