Everything was great. The car is in full working order, roomy, comfortable. The only complaint is that the car was trashy. Bottles, a pack of napkins, a lot of change. Some kind of cover behind the driver's seat. It would be nice to have it cleaned between rentals. Compliments of Mary - on call all the time, any question, problem etc. Service to a fairly high standard.

From the bonuses - they gave me a higher class car. The car is in excellent condition. The deposit was returned without any problems.

I rented a car on the Takecars website, prepaid with a rouble card, which is very convenient in the current climate. I received the car at the airport exit, and paid the rest of the rent in cash. I chose full insurance to avoid possible troubles on the road, it was not expensive at all. In 12 days we traveled through Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. The car is powerful, which comes in handy on mountain serpentines. Very satisfied with the car trip through the Balkans, thanks to Takecars staff for providing the car.
