Our family use your car rent service in our vacation trip. We got a different Skoda model but ended up using it successfully on our trip. The car rental mixed up the child seat weight when handing it over to us, but quickly replaced it with what we needed. We purchased a higher level of insurance on the spot at our own request. Overall, we are happy with this car rental.

The process of picking up and dropping off the car is incredibly convenient. The only thing is that the car had old winter tires (it is quite unsafe) otherwise there are no questions at all, everything is super!
