We rented a Volkswagen Golf Variant for a trip from Serbia to Montenegro. We ordered additional delivery to the hotel, but the car arrived a couple of hours late because the previous renter did not return it on time. Nevertheless, the car came, exactly what we ordered, and during the long trip showed itself perfectly. We had 4 suitcases and all of them comfortably fit in the trunk. A couple of times saved the system of emergency braking during parking in the narrow streets of the Montenegrin coast, not letting you hit the surrounding houses and cars) From the minuses I want to note the outdated firmware navigation, part of the Serbian autobahns on it is simply not, had to use a third-party navigator. I will definitely continue to use the Take Cars service, it was the easiest and most understandable booking, where you are not imposed additional services or scare you with huge deposits, as it often happens in popular rental companies.

Honestly, it's a bad experience. The manager was 40 minutes late, the car was with a tank of gasoline filled to 1/3, the front right headlight was not lit, the interior had never seen dry cleaning, everything was very dirty inside, with some foreign garbage and dust. As we took the car we spent another hour at the gas station to change the light bulbs and manually wipe the interior with wet wipes. Also the car kicked sometimes and on hills went backwards when drive mode was on. And after a couple of days we found out that our oil was leaking badly, we had to urgently look for service. The manager who was on the phone with us decided that we rammed the oil pan. But the fault was not ours at all, just no one ever took care of the car. And judging by the streaks on the engine cover, the oil was refilled regularly, the oil started to leak long before our lease. On the plus side, the manager was on the phone and ready to help. All additional expenses (light bulb, oil change) were reimbursed. But considering that we were in Montenegro, we were very nervous. Just before we took the car from another service and everything was so perfect there, although the car had a mileage of 230k km, which is twice as much as the Golf. It was good that they took the car back for repair after us, because they saw that the guys came with some parts and an oil filter.

Was an Opel Insignia at the end of the day. Everything went well, the car is running, air conditioner works, no problems Cons - The car was dirty. Outside is still ok, but inside - all sorts of coins, trash and papers in the panel. Not very pleasant inside from such - The car was a little more tired than I expected - scratches, dents, etc. But on the whole, it's not too bad to drive.

We booked a Volkswagen Golf Variant with the possibility of traveling to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We were provided with another car with similar characteristics - BMW Gran Turismo. The car was fully satisfactory, well-maintained interior, technically sound, no complaints. We received the car at the airport and handed it over there, having previously agreed the time with the representative of the company. If we visit Serbia again, we will apply for car rental again).

Everything is great, everything was accommodating. Staff was courteous and on call. Convenient location for pick up and drop off. The car is in excellent condition, quite economical, did not let us down anywhere. Maybe the price for us is not as comfortable as, for example, in Montenegro, but Belgrade itself is more expensive).

As for the rental, everything went great! The procedure of finding a car and payment is extremely positive! The whole dialog with the renter was excellent. The car was good, although not what was stated in the card on the website.
