We provide a delivery and pickup services from and to both airports in Bangkok. I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). The rest of the stuff credit card guarantees etc can be done online prior to the delivery. Tks

I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.

The car was in excellent condition. We enjoyed traveling on this car. It was a pleasure to communicate, good service, great car. The day before the car was returned, the car started to vibrate terribly, as if the wheel would fly off, we had to rebuild the whole last day. I’m strongly dissatisfied about rental car company. I ordered Honda Civic 2020 two months ago and company representative said the last car we had is Toyota Corolla Atlas. He gave me a parking ticket, showed me the car inside the airport parking pool. He gave me a ticket and left immediately, so I must pay 50TBH for parking. Everything is bad

They ended up supplying a Handa City at no extra cost 😃 The car was clean and was reliable. It was very economical to run. The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.
