It went well in the beginning, they even extended our lease for one day. However, an unpleasant situation arose at the end. We were informed that we had to leave the car and put the keys on the wheel, instead of handing over the car in person. We made a deposit of 20,000 rubles. A few days later we were informed that there was a scratch on the bottom of the car. The scratch is quite noticeable, if it had been done by us, we would have definitely felt it or noticed it. As a result, we were charged 10,000 roubles from the deposit. It seems that this is not the first time this situation has happened, and customers are regularly charged for the same scratch.

Everything went great, received it quickly, handed it over quickly, no problems or complaints. The car did not let me down, it was simple, but you don't need another one for Phuket. I was surprised at how spacious the trunk is.... We wanted to go to the airport with the villa on a separate bus, checked and the luggage all fit in the car, in the end we went on it. Everything is great 👌
