A few days later we were informed that there was a scratch on the bottom of the car. The scratch is quite noticeable, if it had been done by us, we would have definitely felt it or noticed it. As a result, we were charged 10,000 roubles from the deposit. It seems that this is not the first time this situation has happened, and customers are regularly charged for the same scratch.
