- Driving experience: 2+ years

- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

- Crossing borders: is not allowed
- Insurance invalid: alcohol, unmade roads, unauthorised driver
- If the car is returned to a different city than the pickup location, an additional fee of 330$ will be charged. This fee cannot be pre-calculated by the system.

The rental arrangements were not honored. On the way back we ended up driving ourselves to the apartment. The person who rented and took the car from us did not speak English and had different time information. The multimedia system was not set up and the car arrived with an empty tank

It went badly, I couldn't rent a car because they asked me to pay by card and wouldn't accept cash. So I had to rent a car elsewhere. In addition, they brought another car altogether, a Citroen with a box, it's not clear why 🤦♂️.

It was my first experience of renting a car from this agency, it was a trip to Trabzon, Kars and Erzerum regions (in the last decade of December 2025). They didn't deliver an Opel, but a Renault Taliant. We paid the full price upon receipt, despite having already paid a deposit of 1,000-odd lira on your rental platform. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
