Everything was fine! The car was different. We were offered a Renault automatic, which was fine! The registration was quick, we were accepted too. The only drawback, which was inconvenient, was that the car was not locked. When we found out we were already far away and did not waste time on the replacement. I would like to share my impressions from my trip to Turkey in September 2024 and renting a car from TakeCars. I booked a Reno Clio with full insurance for 7 days on the TakeCars website. When booking on the website I paid part of the payment with a Russian card. On arrival the guys quickly met me at the airport, they spoke a little Russian + smartphone translator :). We got to the office in 10 minutes, while the documents were being processed, we were treated to coffee. The car was a Hunday i20, but from the same line, so we were happy. It never let us down, economical and reliable car. We drove straight away to Oludeniz, then along the coast to Kemer. The car was taken without problems and unnecessary questions. As a result we saw a lot of beautiful and extremely beautiful locations, beaches from Fethiye to Kash, butterfly bay, Saklikent canyon, Lycian trail, ancient amphitheaters and a lot of things along the way. You should definitely travel by car. I recommend TakeCars. Fast, budget and reliable!

We rented a car on takecars.com in Antalya. The car was needed for only 24 hours, and we booked 4 days before the rental day. On other sites car rental was from 3 days and with a large deposit. Here we booked the car for only 1 day without any deposit (with full insurance). The car was brought to us at the airport at night as soon as we arrived, and also took us to the airport to the next plane (also at night). We are 100% satisfied with the service. Also the invoice was received neatly. The Fiat Egea will not be our next choice. The engine is too light, no automatic or "distance control" We would prefer a Megane, automatic, with camera or distance control. If you can offer this, we would love to get back to you in September.

The inconvenience: we had to sign the contract in the office, the car was ordered to the airport. Because of this our transfer with other family members went to the villa. We had to go to the office, from there then look for the villa and the road. It would be good to make a contract and give the car directly at the airport. The same with the return. First you have to go to the office, return it, and then the same car will take you to the airport.

The employee told us which counter to wait for him outside. He came for us in 10 minutes, we loaded into the car, and in 5 minutes we were already at their office. Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.

I chose the rental option with a $300 deposit, but when I got the car I was told that if I didn't take the full coverage, I would have to pay $50 to $100 for any scratch, for any minor scratch, if I didn't call the police. I said I would call the police, but was told that the police don't come because of a scratch and therefore I would have to pay. Then I asked how you can understand that this scratch was put by me, if every part of the car has scratches. It was explained to me that everything is documented on video and photos. I have rented a car very many times in Turkey and other countries around the world and never had a situation like this, rather it was always the opposite. I was worried about scratches on the car and asked them to indicate on the form when receiving, but since the rental cars always have minor scratches anyway and I was always told that if there is an accident or any damage, you need to call the police and there will be no problems, and about scratches do not worry, no one pays attention to them. So in this company you take a full helmet and then there should be no problems if you call the police in case of damage. But about small scratches you will have to bear responsibility yourself, because the police do not go to such situations, and the company will demand it from you. Otherwise everything is good! Met at the airport quickly! The office is 3 minutes from the airport. Documents will be processed quickly! I would like to wish you to correspond to the level of all world rental companies and give the opportunity to customers to rent a car with the possibility of a deposit, and not to impose full insurance, so that the client feels comfortable and can use all the options offered!

The registration was done quite quickly, we paid in cash. Since we took full insurance, no deposit was required. We took additional insurance for absence of police report in case of damage. Since we took the car in the evening, in a poorly lit parking lot it is difficult to see the existing damage, but with full insurance it is not required. When returning in this case, respectively, there are no questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the operation of the car and the renter. The only thing, I recommend you to make a reserve at delivery. We handed in at 7 am before the flight. We had to wait 30min, because the employee apparently took the previous clients to the airport, a little nervous. But in the end, everything was accepted, we were taken to the same car, all in time. In general, I recommend.
