Firstly, we didn't get a Dacia Duster and had to settle for a Ford Focus instead. We were told the Dacia wouldn't be available for another couple of weeks. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car wasn't new and hadn't been washed thoroughly, but that didn't matter to us considering we were going out of town. We were expecting an SUV type car as it would be more comfortable to drive on unfamiliar roads.

You can generally be okay. Three remarks are rather harsh. But in our case they were not critical, but unpleasant. 1. Instead of Duster, we were brought a Ford Focus. Taking into account the part of dirt roads because of the low overhang of the bumper was very uneasy.2. One wheel was flat and we had to shake it once in 2-3 days. 3. I had my first encounter with Ad Blue additive..... After 80 km the computer said that after 350 km the car would not start, we had to add this very ad blue. Which we had to buy at our own expense. 4. On arrival at the airport no one was waiting for us and did not meet us.... We waited for 25 min. Although we were warned an hour and a half in advance and later. We were lucky that it was not critical, although a little nervous. Otherwise, everything is fine.

All in all, everything went fine. But there are a few unpleasant moments: 1. It is always easier to pick up and drop off the car with a full tank 2. On the second day in the car critically dropped the level of urea, the engine light and respectively adblue lights came on. We were on a serpentine road and not much pleasant. 3. We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9. We rented a Skoda Scala, but as we were told it was in an accident before our rental, so we were given a Toyota Corola. The car itself was a class above (I guess) but also quite "tired": 1. The brakes worked badly - the pedal was too soft and the car braked at the very last moment 2. the interior was dirty (with trash from previous renters and a dusty interior) 3. On the body almost all elements were damaged (it did not affect the driving qualities and we were not asked for them, but the moment of aesthetics is still important)))) In general, the car coped with its task - took us to all the planned places).

We ordered Fiat Agea with automatic, diesel (which was very important to us) and when we were ordering we chose the point of meeting at the airport with a sign. We did not wait with a sign, we had to wait after leaving the airport. I would not say that we were very upset by this fact, but a little bit spoiled the feeling of waiting. It was good that we had a Turkish SIM card and my wife had an English SIM card, so we just called the person who was supposed to bring the car and waited. Then a company employee came to us in a Megan with gasoline. We were told that the Fiat is unfortunately under repair and they can not give it out, but for the same price they are ready to give us a car of higher class and at the same price - Renaut Megan. We were a little wary of this, as the site indicates that they can give an analog, and here directly rank higher. And not for nothing. We began to explain that we really wanted a diesel and do not really care about the fact that the class is higher or the same. It turned out they have another option Ford Focus on diesel, analog Fiat (here it became a little strange, why we did not offer it immediately)))) In the end we agreed to go to their company and on the spot to choose any of the 2 cars, which we like more and thank God not in vain. As it turned out the Megane had a hole in the barrel for washer and water just leaked out of there. In the end, we took the Ford and did not miss out. In the rest of the truth without complaints, the guys were in touch, there we had some error came out on the dashboard, they immediately wrote back. That everything is OK, go and don't worry. We traveled a lot including Kapaddokia and Pamukkale, there are no questions to the car, it worked properly, the diesel engine is really a bomb, eat little. When we handed over the car we also went to the salon, the guys quickly looked at it, and drove it to the airport, as expected. The deposit was returned. In general, if it were not for the moment with this washer barrel, because of which we still feel that we wanted to cheat, everything would be fine at all
