This is what I mean - you should not expect quick answers and inclusiveness, you should let go of all worries and just enjoy the flow of life here We returned the car in Antalya. If they ask you to bring the car to the office and not to the airport, it's okay. The office is not far away and they will organize a transfer for you. The deposit was also returned without any questions. In general, everything went smoothly, the car did not let us down and allowed us to travel 2000+ km in this wonderful country

( And there was an unpleasant odor when the engine was running - a stench. I contacted the renter, he reassured me that it will pass - indeed, after 150-200 km it passed. But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.

I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.

It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.

We visit Turkey every year, staying in Kemer. Almost always we rent a car, either for the whole vacation, or for a few days to visit the sights. And now once again there was a dilemma how to book a car - immediately at the airport, or in the Chamber, where the price is usually at least 50%, or even 2 times more expensive. This time we planned a trip by car to Izmir region, for 4 days and in case of renting at the airport the rental period would be 7 days, as we wanted to go to Izmir in a few days upon arrival. On the usual sites, where I booked earlier still faced with the fact that almost all cars were with a mileage limit - from 150 to 250km per day, and the amount of deposit was quite large. And it did not suit us. And now, in one of the reviews I saw a new site takecars. And it turned out that the amount of car delivery to Kemer is reasonable, the deposit is 100$, the choice of cars is very attractive. In the end I stopped on the car Fiat Egea Multijet automatic. On the day of rent we wrote down on WhatsApp with the lessor of the car, the car was brought an hour early, eventually upgraded the class - got a Toyota Corolla hybrid automatic. The process took literally 3 minutes. Great car, perhaps the best of those that we had rented before. In 4 days we also came to pick up the car, within 2 minutes it was given to us. In general, we were very satisfied with the car and the ease of registration and cost - on all parameters can safely put 5 points out of 5

The car was not the one I had booked, although I had made the reservation a month before the trip, instead of Toyota Corolla - Reno Megan. 3. the car arrived dirty (in the cabin), with an empty tank, with a burning tire pressure sensor. I barely made it to the nearest gas station, I thought I would stand in Istanbul traffic jams with an empty tank, pumped up the wheel at the gas station, but it continued to go down little by little. 4. There was no water in the washer tank and you can't fill it because the hood is blocked. Had to water the windshield from a bottle to wash off dust and smudges. 5. Delayed the return of the car for 2 hours, although I brought the car directly to the office in Antalya, but there was no one there. Already had to go to the airport, some how waited for these grief employees of the rental company. 6. The deposit was given in old dollar bills, although I paid with new ones. I do not recommend anyone to get in touch with this rental company, if you do not want to have a lot of problems.

my experience was a bad one. We were given a car with horrible, worn and almost crushed wheels, so much so that one of them went flat during the night and we were stranded. There were no tools in the car to replace it, so we were stranded in the middle of the night and had to take a cab. The contact person was no help even the next day and we had to look for a solution in an area we were unfamiliar with.
